Just had our Kitchen/Hallway sheet vinyl replaced with more sheet vinyl. Could not be happier with the outcome. All around very professional, from Mike, our Sales Rep. to George our installer. Highly recommend.

My partner and I went into the Hyde Park location on Saturday and were instantly impressed with the quality of their product over a big box store. Stacey and Jason were absolutely amazing to work with. They were so knowledgeable about all their products, sharing the pros and cons from an honest perspective. Would highly recommend this place ! We ended up buying product yesterday and already installed one full room thanks to their boost of confidence that we would have no issues with install ourselves ! Thanks again. Will recommend to friends and family for sure

If your looking for top notch service then this is the place to go. My wife and I had an idea of what we wanted but were not entirely sure. Bruce walked us through carpet types and styles to fit our needs and was extremely helpful. We picked out a carpet and Bruce came out to our house all the way in Dutton to take measurements and gave a quote on the spot! He even rounded the price down saving us a good chunk. We signed off and a couple weeks later the staff came and installed the carpet. The installers were very good, polite and got every single spot covered!We are extremely satisfied with the carpet and the entire experience.Thanks Bruce!!

Wow thanks to you guys for the floors and carpet i would to thanks Bruce for guiding us through this process for his patience and knowledge thumbs up to you and wveryone behind the scene. Now the workers i have never met two workers Jorge and Gerry both showed a passion towards there jobs we were completly satified with the job they done . My recomendation to Alfred hang on to these folks hard to find real gems thanks again we recommend Alfreds

We had a great experience from start to finish with Alfreds Carpet One. They installed carpet on our stairs and the person doing the work did an excellent job. Very skilled, very personable and when the person finished the job they cleaned up the area. We highly recommend this company and will call them back when we do the flooring next. Thanks so much for the excellent job!!!

Amazing service! Susan was absolutely incredible! Helpful, kind and super responsive. We got both vinyl floors and carpeting done and are very happy with the results! Tyler was an excellent carpet installer and Jorge was also excellent at installing the vinyl floors. They were all fast, courteous and willing to go above and beyond to help! That is why we headed back already to Susan to get our kitchen backsplash done and counters! :)

We initially had a bad experience with Alfred's but they stood by their work and ensured that they would make it right. Dwayne at Alfred's is great, and Tyler, the installer was absolutely fantastic. Props to both!
