Kathleen was fantastic at cutting through the obstacles that had stalled me in re-organizing my office at home. We hired Kathleen to help organize our office and update our filing processes into an intuitive data management system that maximize our storage and filing space. Her suggestions were helpful and eliminated frustrations during the process of reorganizing and updating our system and created a template for how we move forward with our filing system. She was patient and dedicated to our project, even doing her best to accommodate our changing timeline and restrictions due to COVID. She was discrete and non judgmental and conducted annual check ins providing updates on the project. Kathleen O’Brien is a very talented, professional and detailed organizer.
