I’ve been taking my 2015 Jeep Renegade to Cranbrook Dodge for servicing ever since I moved to Cranbrook and I’ve always gotten the best customer service and experience. The staff in the service department are always super friendly and knowledgeable and have always made sure whatever work I’ve needed done to my vehicle was done correctly and in a very timely manner. They are always ready to answer any questions I have and give me the piece of mind that my vehicle is in good hands. Always have a fantastic experience with the service department and will continue to bring my vehicle to Cranbrook Dodge.

Ordered my truck late in 2022 as a 2022 model. Didn’t get built until 2023 so I received 2023 model year truck. Figured I would get stuck with the difference in price between the two different year trucks, but when I showed up to get it, the price was exactly the same as what was agreed upon on my build sheet. Was told that “that is the price that we agreed on, so that’s the price!” I did a build and price on both years of trucks. The 2023 was significantly more. You gotta love it when a piece of paper and a handshake still mean something. Thanks again for a great deal Ari Kupritz and Cranbrook Dodge. Well done!!

I had a credit for a free car detailing because of a terrible service screw up last summer that almost blew my motor in my vehicle.Today I used that credit and was so excited to get a super clean vehicle back after having to leave it for a full day.Not the case. The carpets were cleaned, but I had to vacuum it when I got home because there was quite a bit of crumbs and hair on the carpet still and the seats had not even been wiped down or vacuumed. I had to wipe around all the door frames and doors myself. There are still sticky spills on the console in the front and the back.. Crumbs between the seats.. Definitely not the service I was hoping for.

Excellent service at all stages of the process. The sales person, Stacey, was very informative and tried her best to get me the best deal for my Trade In and purchase of my new vehicle. The Sales managers, Steve and Clint, were great with their attempts to obtain a workable and affordable deal for me. The Financial Services Manager, Jason, was very helpful with his suggestions and advice. I would have no problem recommending this Dealership to anyone looking for a very Fair purchase of a vehicle. I did not feel pressured in any way. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this Dealership and will go back if I need to.
