Zoey’s Consignment store is a place filled with unique treasures and very helpful staff. They were also able to sell a coffee table for me and find a good home for the valued heirloom.For that I am very grateful.The store is well worth a visit.

Leslie (the owner) is a very striking lady, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, honest and provides service above and beyond your expectations. She will even arrange delivery! Wow, This happened to us as well. I called to say I was on my way to pick up a sofa which they said they would hold till noon that day. I made arrangements to lease a van and on my way, they called me and said it was sold! We stage client's homes as well as help them place their furniture with consignment services. Very disappointing. Will never support this business. #customerservicesucks

Zoey’s has some amazing pieces at great prices! The staff are also quite friendly. However, after my recent experience I will probably not shop here again. My grandmother (who I was shopping with) had put 3/4 pieces of a set on hold, as they were all priced individually and we were not sure if they would fit. Got a call 30 minutes later to hear that they needed to know if we were buying or not, as another lady had cash. Soon after, they ended up saying that now you had to buy the entire set, not just individual pieces like it was priced. Why would you put a hold on items only to not honour it and then change the terms of buying certain pieces? We will not shop here again.

I went into Zoey's and fell in love with a couple pieces of furniture on display. I ended up putting one on hold for 24 hours saying I would be back tomorrow with my partner to buy it. At 10am I was called to be told that the piece had been sold. When I called to ask about the situation the women on the phone was incredibly rude and clearly did not care about my business at all.Do not have a 24 hour hold policy if it is not honoured. I am so disappointed in the policies and the service at this store. I definitley will not be going back with my business.

I'll never go there again...find the staff rude and snobby...took a small coffee table and end table to see if I could put it in their store. The lady came out to look at it and in a sneering manner told me No one is going to buy that" I had pictures also that she wouldn't even look at (guess I wasn't good enough to do business with)..anyway took them to another smaller and friendlier consignment store down the street. She took them and everything sold by the end of the month...so I guess Zoey's doesn't know as much as they think."
