I was a client of Nicole Draperies for well over 10 years. The quality of their work is good. It is also very expensive. Nicole was usually professional and businesslike. It is the husband (or whoever the man is that she is partnered with in the business) who is extraordinarily rude and misogynistic. His rudeness and unprofessionalism is the reason I moved on to another company (where the staff is polite).

I fell in love with the beautiful hues and patterns of the Venetian Blind collection they had, excellent customer service, timely delivery and installation, but steep prices. But I didn’t mind digging deep in to my pocket. It’s worth every penny I spent.

The fabric choices, patterns and colours look amazing with my existing furniture. I have learned a lot from them and would recommend them to everyone looking for drapes.

I am in tears. Never have I had such beautiful and elegant work done. Every time I look at my draperies I get an uncontrollable rush of adrenaline. Micheal aka Super Pollo" not only was polite - but life changing.Never have I meet a man with such laser focus tenacity and over flowing charisma. He is also extremely pride friendly and openly supports it with his partner. It made me feel very comfortable and included.Thank you Super Pollo

Rude at best. Wow just got off the phone with them and I couldn't believe what a poor attitude this person has. I asked if they could come out and give me a quote and help me pick window coverings for my house as I don't know what would look good. The response was, we don't work like that
