Great parking lot. I go often because there's one dollar store and an outlet there (apparently where used to be the value village).

Parking lot needs resurfacing ! Almost fell due to parts being so uneven.Many useful shops.

Old school Coquitlam strip mall with a SkyTrain attached.Has a handful of convenient stores and a couple vacant suites from time to time. Parking gets busy during work hours. Huge construction project in the back.Can't park here overnight but I've never seen someone get towed.

There’s shops here and a SkyTrain station, but the plaza kind of gives off a “dying mall” vibe. You probably wouldn’t go here if you’re looking to just do some casual shopping. Hopefully it gets more interesting after all the construction is done in the area.

No matter how much work they do at this place, it's still really sketchy because it's on the border between Burnaby and Coquitlam. Outdoor lighting is poor. The businesses have bars in the windows. The parking lot is poorly maintained so it's full of potholes and cracks. The only reason it feels somewhat safe is because of the community police station.

I've seen this place evolve from a residential area to a booming suburban environment. The advancement is nice, although the design is a bit messy.The SkyTrain station is a tremendous asset, but again, the design is sloppy with you needing to walk all the way around the station to enter.I love that there are so many stores and eateries here. It's very convenient. Not to mention Safeway (EXTRAAAA) beside it.The value village just sucks though. Don't go there. The pho and the dollar store is a good place to check out.
