Just Installed carpet in a small bedroom 13x13 feet. The Installer was Josh who was a very polite young man who did the job extremely efficiently in less than two hours including removing the old carpet and vacuuming and cleaning after the work was done. He was organized and prepared before ever entering the room which was a joy to witness. Choosing the carpet at the showroom was also very pleasant as the salesperson Farid and his partner gave us samples to take home and choose with no pressure and hassle. The Carpet looks excellent and by just looking at it you can see that it was installed by craftsmen that take pride in their work. My wife and I are extremely please with the experience and while we were shopping around found the price to be the best among 5 quotes. Great work. Thank you so much.

Arun is a wonderful kind person. He helped my cousin pick out a reasonable rug. It was perfect! It was beautiful! My cousin was so happy. WE needed to replace an oversized area rug, so headed to the mecca of East York in Toronto where within a few blocks you can find a huge selection. Fortunately for us, we stopped at JMD Rugs & Carpets first and found not one or two oversized area rugs, but a relatively large selection AND an offer to have a rug constructed in our choice of colors and pattern, if that is what we wished.We dealt with Arun, who shared a wealth of knowledge with us, and was patient while we went back and forth between two or three choices. It's a big decision! He offered to bring all three to our home to see which we liked best! That was awesome, but we narrowed it down and made a decision. He delivered the rug to our home in Kingston in just over a week and brought it in, unrolled it for our viewing pleasure, gathered up all the packaging and put it in his van. He also offered his help to replace our furnishings back into the room.Lovely manners, very polite and most knowledgeable about his wares, this young man does business with courtesy. It was our pleasure.

JMD rugs and carpets is a rare find. They have affordable rugs and carpets in all price ranges. Most rugs and carpets places that I found were very high priced. ARUN was most helpful and patient, and provided all kinds of good information. I found just the perfect thing, and ARUN came and delivered the carpets, taking his time, and setting them up in just the right locations. This was more than I expected. I’m delighted with the product and the service, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

He provided in depth understanding of the types of rugs that you can purchase, colour matching and recommendations to fit built rooms or within renovations.
