Jodie is phenomenal!She helped me and my boyfriend get a flexible mortgage that worked best for our situation! She was always a call/text away. Jodie is the best! I had a past mortgage with a bank and my bank girl ignored me when it was ready to renew. (Apparently she doesn’t get paid for renewals so I was left to find a stranger from the bank).Being so lost in all the mortgage terms and concepts I contacted Jodie. The renewal was very close, and Jodie managed to get me the best rate for my situation. Handled all the nonsense the bank was doing and I refinanced so I could do Reno’s!Thank you Jodie! You helped make my refinance easy and understandable!

We contacted Jodie VERY last minute when our mortgage broker decided to stop returning calls and emails right before closing. She worked very hard to get us into our mortgage (we both have credit issues) and was professional through the whole process. She remains in contact with a game plan to get us into a better mortgage upon renewal. I have referred my parents and a few friends to her and will continue to do so.
