5 stars, very good experience for our first time at Rice and Noodle. We will definitely be back. The food was all very tasty, hot and fresh. Our order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The staff were friendly and quick to answer the phone. Thank you !

Chicken balls were huge But only tiny piece of chicken and a bunch of batter. They were also very hard. But their egg rolls were fantastic !!

The food is always fresh and tasty, especially the beef vegetable with almonds!! We had a small mix up with our order (first time in years) and they fixed the issue with no problem and handled it perfectly. I've never been disappointed with their food or service!

This restaurant has served us a variety of dishes on numerous occasions. The food is wonderful, and there is enough of it for our entire family. This restaurant has served us a variety of dishes on numerous occasions. The food is wonderful, plentiful, hot and fresh. For our visits to Rice and Noodle, I'll give it five stars. Without a doubt, we'll return. Whenever I come to pick up our food, it is always ready. The staff answered the phone politely and quickly. Everyone is always greeted with a smile by the employees. Thanks a lot!

the taste is awful, we ordered 6 dishes... it was all hot, and cooked but absolutely lacking in flavour. The beef pad thai was so bad we actually threw that out, the beef was very gamey, the noodles had no flavour at all just tinted red. The kids refused to eat the fried rice. I had high hopes after hearing such great things from others in town but I'm now just starting to think they've never had good chinese food.

Food is great! Have never had a concern with the quality and taste, service is amazing, delivery is quick (aside from the rare exception which they will advise you at the time), and very well pricedOwners make you genuinely feel like your business is appreciated.

I think this is one of the better Chinese food restaurants in keswick and have eaten here a lot over the past 5 years after trying the other local restaurants. They have friendly staff, who are polite and courteous and the food has always been fresh and tasty. The chop suey, fried rice, beef and broccoli and won ton soup are all good. Price is very reasonable as well. My biggest and consistant complaint is the chicken they use for their fried dishes like sesame chicken and general tso, its ALWAYS chewy and dry and after feedback 3 times they still haven't addressed this problem. Overcooked, precooked and refried is my guess, its gross.
