Purchased 2023 Gladiator May 31/2023, Alex was my sales representative, who was supported by sales department leadership who in turn received internal functional support from finance, shop and parts. At the end of the contract deal I can honestly say that my wife and I are pleased with the overall outcome. I don’t give out 5s as that is absolute perfection however I am happy with a strong 4. The process from beginning to end had a few bumps, however we are very pleased with the integrated teams leadership expertise to calmly understand and address each of those those bumps. Yesterday ( June 12th) I was desperately looking for a part to fix my car, I couldn’t find it ANYWHERE. I called Stony Plain Chrysler, I got on call with the parts department around 5:30 pm last night. A gentleman answered the phone and asked me what I was looking for. I gave him the serial number for the part and there was no luck. He went out of his way to give me his phone number so I could text him pictures of the part from my car. He was extremely patient with me and ended up finding the exact part for me for a very good price. I never asked for his name, but his customer service was fantastic and he made my night 10x better after stressing all day trying to find the part for my car. Anyways, thought I’d give your employee some recognition for his kindness and for going above and beyond!

Yesterday we bought a Gladiator from Stony Chrysler. We felt so welcome and received AMAZING service from Alex our salesman, the sales manager Chris as well as the Finance lady Khrystal. They stayed almost two hours past closing to help us take home my new ride. I am very appreciative for their patience, kindness and services. I would 10 out of 10 recommend going through this dealership. We came out from North Edmonton and will continue to make the drive out to support this family feel dealership. I absolutely LOVE the vibe of the staff and the zero ick feeling you generally get from car salesmen.

I just purchased a new truck from Stony Plain Chrysler Saturday. The entire process was done virtually and was very quick and painless. Not only did they listen to everyone of my questions and needs for the truck they also went above and beyond. They drove the two and a half hours to also deliver the truck right to my doorstep as well. The entire team made sure I was well looked after and made sure I was happy with the vehicle after it was delivered as well.I highly suggest anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check them out.

After trying to deal with many different car lots, we found Claudio at Stony Plain Chrysler and are so glad we did! He was no pressure, helpful and gave us different options we hadn't considered. I was completely satisfied with my experience at this dealership, Katie was extremely helpful while going through all the steps of purchasing my vehicle. I was buying a new work truck, and needed to swap my spacekap from the old vehicle to the new 1, the place I usually get this done was too busy so Katie found a place to do the swap, and even made arrangements to transfer both vehicles to the appointment.Would recommend her to friends and family for their next purchase.
