This visit was good. The restaurant only allowed 7 people inside under the new Covid-19 rules. It was very clean, well marked out and ordering was not an issue. The food came out relatively fast, but they were busy in the drive thru. I am sure that caused some delays around dinner time.There was plenty of parking and it was easily accessible from the main street.

Sunday 18h30 visit... Customer dropped his fries in front of order desk... after an hour they are still on the floor. Tables and floor dirty. Did not like my experience. Food was fine though.

Loved being back to eating in the restaurant. Service was great, as always, with the staff getting my order in quickly, and served on a tray, as I had indicated that I was dining in.

McDonalds has gotten bad, food is cold every time, service is terrible, I ordered a mcmuffin breakfast with an extra hash brown, I payed for it, got home and no extra hash brown. This happens all the time, cold food, missing items etc. Today I tried to go through the drive through and it was closed. Went to the door, it was locked. Walked to the drive through windows and was told that they could not serve me if I was not in a car! I told them the drive through was closed and they were like oh! They sent someone out to remove the baracade. If when ordering at the window, sometimes the first window is closed so we go to the second window, where you pick up your order. So you order there and pay at that window, ok cool. But if I pay at the first window and they forget something, I ask ok, it's not on the bill, can I get what I asked for and pay it here, they say no, I have to get back in line, go back around! Why? This place is getting worse and worse.

Of course, when you get your food, it is nothing like the pictures selling you your future meal but at least I received what I ordered.It seems hard these days to receive what you ordered.Employees were smiling and I always appreciate that.

The McDonald's in St-Sauveur is highly recommended.Spacious. Very fast service. Polite and helpful employees. Very very clean. Interesting seating arrangements which children would enjoy. Private little corners or tall or shorter benches make for goodSeating availability. Washrooms are very clean.Accessibility to this McDonald's is very good coming from any direction. I would rate it as Excellant.
