I actually booked an air india 2 years before. The flight got cancelled because of covid. I still haven’t received my refund. Whenever i contact the flight centre representatives i am getting worst service. I really regret for using flight centre for booking my tickets.

I have been waiting for refund and no one seems to care about my situation. After payment customer service Gose down all the way. Save time and money by going somewhere different also they lie .won't give them more of my time I hope this helps someone.

I have a problem with the model here, The staff didnt want to take on a 'difficult' booking and referred me elsewhere, and when trying to phone to get in touch the 'were busy with customers and cant answer the phone' response from you really felt unprofessional, especially when I get the same response the entire day
