Ordered a Java Chip Frappucino w an espresso shot from here. What I got was blended ice and cream/milk with whip cream and chunks of chocolate stirred in, not a single hint of coffee let alone espresso. Whoever owns/operates this location is clearly scamming customers, reading the reviews this seems to be a persistent complaint. Do yourself a favor and order anywhere but this place and I'll be sending their head office an account of my experience here as well.

Just went through the drive thru and had fantastic service. A very friendly Jason took care of our order and I loved his enthusiasm! He was kind and happy. Thank you Jason! Keep being the light!

Long wait despite being the only car, food looked like it had been placed in the bag and shaken vigorously, drink not mixed and tasted like vinegar. Paid $33 to be annoyed.

When I order a coffee from mobile app only takes 5 dollars, this store charge me 6 dollars(don’t accept mobile app), which is fine. But I order for 3 shot espresso, I can’t even taste of espresso only heavy cream, I have to go back to the store, they said I need pay extra 1 dollars so that they will give one more shot. Never seen this before, worst store, worst services. Never will back

come to this drive through all the time. employees are wonderful, always make me feel welcome, and they make my day every time i visit! they are quick my order is always done correctly and they always have time for a conversation! they always write kind messages on my lids, love this store!

I stopped at the drive thru at approx 12:15 on February 19. I ordered a brown sugar oat americano. It was about 20 minutes driving when I finally took a first sip of my drink. I was quickly disappointed to taste a cold drink of just oat milk. I open the cup and the drink is so white it doesn’t even look tinted with espresso. 1) there’s suppose to be very little oat milk in the drink hence the americano. 2) it doesn’t even taste like there is any espresso in the drink. 3) it’s cold like it just came out of the fridge. What is going on here?Obviously I was extremely disappointed in my order. I was too far from the Starbucks to turn around and get the drink corrected. So I am out of 6$ and I don’t have a coffee drink. Seems like a very expensive drink for a cup of cold oat milk.Disappointing to say the least!

This place was terrible, my cousin ordered a Frappuccino and the response was all our blenders are not working". We had to wait in line for at least 30 mins. We were unable to get out of the drive through because of the curbs on both sides. Sorry I cannot make a good recommendation on this outlet."

Not happy ordered outside waited 15 minutes got the wrong order then when I got my real order I was supposed to be a ameriacono 1 sweetener 1 cream I’m pretty sure I got warm cream n very little coffee vary dissatisfied
