Canyon Creek Campground

Very nice campground, showers are clean and looked after. Small store in the office with good prices. Wood prices are also very reasonable. friendly staff and would definitely stay here again.

First time at this RV park. Very nice and glad to get in with no reservation. Spent two nights and will return.I met a brown bear on the trail by river while riding my e-bike. Maybe good to have some bear aware signs at trail starts in campsite.

Such a beautiful destination! Laundry, showers, family and pet friendly place, and the sites are spacious and clean! We go every year to camp here. (Travel from lower mainland) love this place completely!

We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Chris, the camp host, was very friendly and even stopped in to see if we needed anything picked up in Prince George as he was heading in.Very impressed with the fact that there are fire extinguishers scattered throughout the campground.

All of the other great reviews are accurate. There's a suggestion box in the bathroom/laundry/shower facility. I stared at it but could think of nothing but compliments.Our full service site had 30amp power, good water and cell service. The office/store has many amenities that you may have forgotten to pack with very friendly hosts.Well kept and cared for location. Easy to recommend for all styles of camping.

Canyon Creek was a beautiful, well cared for campground....until the new owners took over. Now the lawns aren't cared for, saplings are growing up in the sites, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned for the first 3 days we were there. The power went out during a rain storm while we were staying at Canyon Creek. There were 5 of us in a tent. A lovely river runs beside the campground. Instead of getting water in buckets so the toilets could be flushed, the owner closed the bathrooms.My son came by on the way home from a family vacation and wanted to drop off the grandchildren and was towing a trailer. The owners would not let him drive to our campsite and drop the girls off. Instead, he had to park across a busy highway and call us to come get them.The firewood is dry and they have a nice little store.We won't be back. Neither will several of the other campers we talked to.

Really nice family spot. The creek is enjoyable.. park grounds are ideal for kids

The camp manager is super friendly, very accommodating, the campground was well kept and full hookups. There were little trails to walk the dogs, horseshoe pit and volleyball net!! Wood was reasonably priced! Convenience store near by had essentials and were also really friendly! Facilities were very clean! We loved our week stay! Great spot!

Such a great campground run by very nice people. The sites are huge with nice views and easy access to the creek. The shower washroom and laundry are sparklingly clean. The sky in the night is totally fascinating.
