Didn’t even do eyelashes out of their business and there was no notification of this or an address when booking, I was sent to find a house up a random street and couldn’t find the place. Ended up walking around for twenty minutes, frustrated and missed my time. Waste of my time and drive!

Melissa did a great job! Cut, colour and toner. Very professional, clean environment. My new place to get beautified!

Ashley is the best, she always has my hair looking and feeling amazing!!! I leave her smiling and so confident every time… I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else, absolutely love her!!

I loved this shop! Like, loved. I can always count on this shop to have something for any occasion- Christmas dance, interview, summer wedding, everyday cute and casual. My last few experiences with the staff have been so poor. I went in a few months ago and purchased two items. I fell in love with four but was trying to be reasonable. I couldn’t stop thinking about one item after I left. I sent a DM over insta to see if the item was still available and no one got back to me. I then emailed, again without response. A week later, after not hearing back, I then called and spoke to an associate. I notified the associated that I live in Toronto and would be driving to Port Hope after work to pick up the item and could they put it aside for me. The associate said yes. I arrived at the shop to find that the item had NOT been put aside and the associate said nothing when I inquired. Yet, I still made the purchase.Months later, while visiting port hope with some friends, we decided to check out the shop again. When we walked in, the associate, working on her own, did not even raise her head. She did not leave the till. She didn’t offer a change room, or any assistance. Between my friend and I we spent $500, again, in a shop that has amazing products but absolutely terrible customer service. I leave this review in hopes of some improvements so I can continue feeling good about shopping here because as of right now, it is not worth supporting.

Ashley was very professional and personable, plus she did a stellar job on my hair. I will definitely be returning to her and would recommend her services to anyone.

I had a pedicure and eyebrow wax done by Mel. She was amazing! So personable and kind. The boutique is so cute and right in downtown Port Hope. I will return to have more services done by her!

I have been going to Faun Boutique for awhile now and see Kayla. She is an awesome color specialist and hairstylist.

I see Ashley for hair colouring and root touch ups and I am always so so happy with the results! Definitely recommend!
