Absolutely horrendous shutting down the 1 and only bathroom. I first asked about the bathroom since I waited 15 minutes and it was locked. I informed the staff, they came running to see if someone was in their own bathroom. Then stated they closed the bathroom late at night. No warning, no sign to say so. When I confronted the 1 staffer again saying I waited 20 minutes and as an older lady I cannot just hold, the staffer said the toilet was blocked what could he do about it? So 2 different stories and the bathroom they have for staffers is wheelchair accessible also has a changing table for a baby. Didn't know staffers needed such things!I asked to use that and was denied. I left to come home and let's just say...I didn't make it! Ridiculous way of treating your customers!

Best A&W I've been to. Highly recommend. The Uncle burger I believe is the best and all you need! Krabby patty in real life? I think so.

The last 3 out 4 visits, the same lady at the counter(875 Queen Street East) has not taken my order correctly.I only order the Mozza single patty COMBO. Twice she she forgot the fries and another time she forgot the drink. And each time she is blaming me for her mistakes. I always repeat my order so there are no mistakes. Why do the servers not have name tags on their Aprons or shirts?Residents of Logan&Queen Street East:ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!I truly hope the Manager of this store reads this and either gets this lady the proper training or fires her.

I have had consistently good experiences here. It’s well run and well managed. The crowd it attracts can be a bit dicey, but that’s because of the location, so I can understand why bathrooms and seating are not available after hours despite the inconvenience. Any time I’ve gone in during the day, it’s kept clean, servers are constantly washing their hands, and the food I order is made fresh to order and tasty.

I wanted to buy this but unfortunately it was not available anymore. So why are you still advertising it??? This was not the first time this A&W location advertising a menu product. So disappointing! Management should looked into this.

A&W is basically the best fast food burger going. I have celiac disease and they're always more than careful with my food. They use a lettuce wrap instead of a regular bun.

Food was decent at 10pm on Thursday night. It could have been hotter for take out but what you expect. Had to wait for the machine to accept credit card as it was down for a couple of minutes when I went to order.

The burgers have gone down. Look at this sad Papa burger below.They also charge extra for mayo which is weird when the combo is $15 after taxes!

I like to be a little more articulate with reviews but this place is a dump. Filthy, messy, broken tables, storage out in the open, the general appearance of a dirty flea market. And my biggest pet peeve is the washrooms are out of order. No hand sanitizer anywhere either. The woman working was very nice. That’s all I can say.
