Great Canadian Oil Change

Good job on the oil change but when cleaning customers windshields, use clean water. It's like they cleaned it brown water. I then had to get a $12 car wash after oil change and this was at 9:30 AM. Clean water daily...

I have been going here for years and they always do a great job. Last year they charged $49.99 and gave us a $9 discount because we brought our own oil and filter. This time they charged $59.99 and gave no rebate for our own oil and filter. This is now making this place more expensive and we will probably take our business elsewhere in the future. It went from $49.70 for the previous bill to $67.79 on this bill for the exact same service about 1 year apart. That is a 36% increase! WOW. We supplied our own oil and filter so the increase is strictly a huge increase in their labour charges.

Steve is one of a kind! Last week I had an oil change with this shop everything went smooth until I couldn't start my car about an hour later at the grocery store. I was concerned it had something to do with the oil change so I called the shop and Steve came all the way to come check my car to see the issue. It ended out being my battery but I was extremely grateful for Steve that he came all that way and made sure his customer was fine and accommodated. I would recommend to anyone in need of car servicing to get it done at this shop! Thank you Steve!

2nd time here for an oil change and I went to get it done early and the employees there told me I didn’t need to get it changed yet because my oil was still good. I appreciate the honesty of those employees and they were polite and helpful. Definitely coming back and I would definitely recommend getting an oil change here!

I have used them several times. Usually efficient and polite yet somewhat annoying with the upselling of useless products. The last time (2 weeks ago) they did not replace the drain plug properly and I ended up with many stains (and oil loss) on my driveway until someone noticed it and alerted me to it. This is the kind of stuff they should get right every time. Make sure you confirm they do this properly if you use them.

The local GCOC I went to for a tire swap is not open sunday and it was time for a retorque. I decided this location was closest. Upon arrival I find that they do not offer tire service here. I was lucky enough to ask the right person about it and Steve offered to help. 5+ stars. Thanks Steve.

They were super friendly on arrival, explained everything to me and were very kind. They went above and beyond for me and for that I’m so grateful! Coffee and donuts will always be on me guys :)

Steve and Alan are the best! Had an emergency situation with a completely flat tire, and been years since I changed a tire on my own.While they could not change/fix the tire as they do not offer the service, they patiently guided us through the process and gave great tips.Will be coming here for sure next time I need an oil change.

Came here to get a quick oil change. Got home to find power steering fluid all over the drive way. Brought it to my mechanic and was told the high pressure power steering line is torn. I told him I just did an oil change recently, he said it makes sense because the high pressure hose is dangling right above the oil filter. I called this place telling them what happened and was told the pit guy has 10 years of experience" and that the manager would call me back the next day. I never got the call back. I replaced the high pressure line. Cost me $500. I went for a $70 oil change and got a $500 repair bill. This happened in the summer and I'm still mad about this. A simple oil change turned into me not being able to eat for 2 weeks. I have stopped coming here

I recently visited the Oil Changers to have my battery checked and just want to write a concise comment and say a big thank you Steve and Adrian.From the moment I arrived at the business both Steve and Adrian were so courteous and professional and offered exceptional service.
