Unprofessional! Made online appointment, received email saying my request was under review and a service member would reply within 30 mins. 90 plus mins later I phoned and the person who answered said they where busy and he did reply, I told him the email I received and he said oh well understaffed and to busy anyway. Just rude how he spoke and lied.

A very positive experience! Excellent professional service + fair prices. Hardi, the owner, was very helpful and when we arrived to get the new tires put on, his staff were polite & professional… (also the cleanest bathroom I’ve seen in any kind of commercial establishment).

Midas staff went over and above again. They took my vehicle without an appointment and the cost was reasonable. I’m my opinion they are one of the best in Cambridge.

Overall very easy to book service appointment. Mechanics were able to find key repairs through oil change appointment, able to complete repairs on the spot. Clean waiting area and easy to access location. Great experience, I will be back.

Worst customer service. Owner is very rude and not respectful. Got tires changed yesterday and went back again at the store to discuss the matter because my car was vibrating a lot while driving but he went out lashing at me for no reason. He was not even interested to listen for the whole situation. Especially came 30 minutes away to the store and still received very bad reaction and left me shocked. I will never be back. To owner - learn some customer service skills first.

Thanks for realigning my muffler and resonator to fit better! This Midas is pretty unbelievable - they balance a very busy environment really well and fixed another mechanic’s (different shop in Huntsville) subpar work for free. Very thankful! God Bless your team!

Went there for fixing my exhaust problem. Great work done. My AC was not also cooling enough. They took care of everything. Hardi was very nice. I am glad Neena referred me there. Due to leak/broken exhaust there was louder sound coming out. After fixing it, when I was driving I feel like I am driving a new car, no sound at all and so smooth.

Been here multiple times. Always a pleasure to deal with the team, especially Hardeep.Kind, courteous and willingness to help. Called to get an appointment for my tires to be put on for the winter, and kindly squeezed me in. The team works great together and safely. Great place, great people !
