The best experience we have ever had at a restaurant! The owner Minh is so personable and kind, and even gave us some peppers off his pepper plants. The food is also amazing, we had the shrimp tempura and pho. The food takes longer to arrive because its truly made with love and you can tell. Please visit this place if you are in collingwood. It is also so cozy and welcoming inside.

Was expecting it to be good, but I was not prepared for HOW good it would be. Generous portions, friendly staff, and absolutely DELICIOUS food. Truly a gold mine in Collingwood.

Bit on the pricier side, but Minh's pho is really good. You can tell they use high quality ingredients as the owner Minh told us he makes his beef balls in house. I opted for a bowl of pho and the beef balls were really tender. Pho was very good overall and not what I expected. Also ordered the shrimp balls, but didn't think they were anythinf special.Would recommend and come back.

Don't be fooled by what it looks like from the outside....not much. It's very nice inside. Not very big - 13 tables of 2 plus the patio outside. Family owned. Staff are very friendly and attentive. It was packed when I went and everyone enjoyed their food and let the staff know. We had shrimp pad Thai, chicken pad Thai, spring rolls and rare beef pho. All were excellent - very tasty, good quality, served hot. All portions were a good size - above avg. Prices were great for the quality received. High quality, well priced. Highly recommended. Will go back when in the area. They don't accept credit cards.

Authentic Vietnamese restaurant super close to Blue Mountain. I would choose this any day over other the restaurants in the village. The menu is short and sweet and I ordered the Pho Dac Biet without a second thought. Usually I order some spring rolls or small appetizers but the noodles itself were $20, so I figured I'd chill on the additions.The taste was extremely good and comparable to the best Pho I've eaten in Ontario. I do like to drench my soup with Siracha so I may not be the best judge of that. There was a decent amount of meat and the bean sprouts provided were fresh and clean. For taste, I'd give it 5 stars.I've docked a star based on the value itself - Pho is not an expensive meal. I've had extremely good pho for $10. I understand that the Blue Mountain area is more expensive but not by that much, especially on a dish where the biggest investment is the time it takes to create the soup. $20 for a medium size of pho is pretty pricey. I say medium because realistically it's a medium, on the menu it says it's a one-size Large only, but normally I can barely finish half a large. I ate the whole thing plus most of the soup at Minh's. It is definitely not a large size and should not be advertised as such. Or, they can simply add more noodles, which I understand would not cost a lot and at least give the visual of a fuller bowl.Overall this is an authentic restaurant with great flavors but don't expect the size or prices that you get with other Viet restaurants further from Blue Mountain or in the GTA area.

Minh's has a great selection of regular menu items and dim sum. Service was amazing and we had food in front of us within 10 minutes of ordering! Everything we ordered was phenomenal. Serving sizes are large so I'm glad we split one main dish between 2 people. I will definitely be back!

Cute and quaint restaurant, we came in for takeout and picked up some Bahn mi. And they were delicious, as well the Vietnamese Iced coffee was delicious. I will 100% be coming again next time we are in the area.We also purchased some homemade Satay as well, and I must say it was very tasty. Extremely spicy but packed with flavour. Highly recommend!

Where do I even start with this place. From the moment I walked into Mihns and asked if I could use the bathroom, i knew this was going to be a great experience - all thanks to Mihn himself. My friends chose this place to go to for lunch when we were in Blue Mtn, I had never been to a Pho place and didn’t know what to expect. Not only was Mihn very friendly but he was very helpful with me finding a dish I would enjoy while also being extremely witty and entertaining. It’s evident that he has a huge passion for not only his food but for his diners to have a great experience while at his restaurant. Friends I went with very much enjoyed his Pho as well as the appetizers we all good. I ordered the Broken Rice with BBQ Chicken and it was excellent: 10/10. I typically like my Asian foods very spicy and asked him if he had any hot sauce. He brought us a homemade hot sauce which was made with chilli he grows inside the restaurant and also brought a house made chilli oil/chilli satay. Both were amazing condiments that complimented the dishes we ordered. Going to Mihns as my first Pho restaurant has set a high bar for any other restaurant of its kind and I don’t think any other can match the food and especially the service that is offered at Mihns. I will 100% go back there the next time I’m in Blue Mtn. Thanks Mihn!!!

The reasons why two stars got removed were because 1. the meat slices in the pho was overcooked; 2. It took nearly an hour to get food; 3. The table we were at was not clean. I understand that the Covid has resulted many restaurants understaffed, but with $19 pho, I expect the pho restaurant can improve these points.
