Got really good service at this location from Tino, helped me switch my 4 lines over from Fizz for an amazing promotional black friday deal (25$ for 15GB). Even got my activation fees waived by buying cheap insurance for my phones for a few months. Will be saving my family a ton of money over the next two years.

Phone was completely not working, although it was sent out for repair they really tried to help and were understanding of the frustration. Better service than most cellular places I've been to.

The sales lady did not know ho to sale an iphone at all. Was rude, didn't provide the right information and was only providing full price of the phones without their specs. I honestly didn't care about the price, i wanted to know what were the differences between the different iphones. Will never go back again, sales were poorly trained.

Extremely condescending and poor customer service by Ana. Definitely turn off current and potential clients. If you work in the customer service industry, you have to expect and be able to answer any type of questions especially as you the expert, and not belittle anyone.

Customer service can go either way, depends on who serves you. Some sales person just don't care. I've been a customer for a while, dealt with a very nice gentleman. Thank you Jean-Y for you patience, kindness and honesty!
