There is a lot of toys you can play that are in display for the public. You have to pay to enter, but it was worth the price. There is also saunas for adults inside the changing rooms. There are also hairdryers that are free to use in case you forgot yours.

Nice Olympic pool that is open from 06:00 AM , cost is high CAD8 and you need your own lock to close the locker. Showers were good. The swimming lanes were 25 meters but not in the length. Was afraid it would be an issue but enough other lines on floor as a focus point.Water bit warm 28 degrees I thinkBut not busy and relax atmosphere!

Not the greatest gym. It gets the job done. I’ve informed staff of a broken machine since Jan, they only finally put an out of service sign on it in March. The membership is over priced and the training services are not suitable for those with athletic experience, but you have to purchase it as part of your year membership. The hours are not great in the summer months especially if you work. Looking forward to when a new gym opens up in the area.

There is 4 pools. Two of 50m. One for diving. One small pool for the young kids. There are yoga classes, aerobic and spinning class. For TRX classes, you have to pay an extra on top of your subscription. For the weight room, you have a variety of machines for the legs, arms, abdo and free weights.

Was a very good gym before the recent re-arrangement of machines. It's terrible now. Lineups for machines, hours reduced, I often have to skip certain exercises, machines are spaced tightly together giving a cramped feeling, and frequent problems with the parking system. Am looking to change gyms even though my subscription only expires next month.

Had a swim meet here early 2022. Awesome facility with great warm-down pool underneath the stands. Felt like a super athlete swimming here

too many people in the pool. they hit each other. They got your money without telling you that instead of swimming you should spend your time in the pool protecting yourself from other swimmers. :(

Expensive. Schedule is horrible for the price. The staff is nice. The gym section is much worse after its rearrangement.

Bit disappointing experience.No feeling or experience at all at this Olympic stadium.Just a concrete building.No possibility to feel anything here
