THIS PLACE SUCKS...TERRIBLE KARAOKE EXPERIENCE, System is only in Mandarin language, Overpriced drinks, slow service...We had several large groups last night and the fancy system was barely usable for the two Chinese readers/speakers. You CANNOT search for songs by name, artist or genre. You simply keep clicking the right/left arrow with misspelled names and tons of duplicate songs.They make you Pay upfront, by the time you realize THIS PLACE SUCKS, they already have your money.

If you're looking for a great spot to meet up with friends after a meal, this is the place to go! With a wide selection of food, drinks, and desserts, all at reasonable prices, you can't go wrong. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always kept clean. Plus, you can access YouTube and pick from a variety of songs. It's a great experience for first-time visitors!

Worst experience, I regret spending money here. The fire alarm sensor kept going off in our room. The karaoke app is not straightforward and is useless. Cannot find any songs easily, not all songs that comes to mind shows up both for song titles and artists' names, most of the songs that do pop up are in Chinese. The representatives were nice but were not helpful. They were nice to compensate for the bad experience by extending our timeby 30 minutes (because the next group is late, not because they wanted to give us the 30 minutes back) which does not help since we could not enjoy to sing as much as we wanted to due wasted efforts of figuring it out. Booked the room for 2hours, wasted 30-40 minutes. As one representative suggested, if the karaoke app does not work, we can connect our phone and sing karaoke songs from YouTube videos. What a joke, might as well do the same thing but in the comfort of my home. The room was not clean and had an odd smell. At this point, I rather much want a refund towards the soda drinks and alcohol bottle or charges of $25/person (we were 9) but, nothing was offered. Poor customer service skills and zero skills in desecalating the situation.I will stick to Pang Pang while they do not have bottle service, at least I can focus on the fun to sing my heart out and every minute is not wasted there. Go to Pang Pang!

Great service! Equipment are new and food is good! The staff were so nice and definitely offered a great experience. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely coming back soon!!!!!!!!!!!!Halloween edition: they changed the pegasus to a skeleton thing for Halloween.

The place was very nice and the room is pretty big. You can choose to do the karaoke on youtube and it has party lights, big and comfy couch and a nice karaoke. I would 100% recommend this and definitely will come back!

This was a great experience.The room was big enough for 8-10 people,it was very clean and worth the money that you guys are gonna pay for.They were nice enough to show you how to work thinhs out if it's your first time and they would gladly help you if you have any question.Highly recommend this to big groups .

Best Karaoke in town!! Super fun and so many choices in music wether its american pop or cpop or kpop anything! Great place to come for a birthday or a late night activity with your friends! Their room is super spacious and really cozy!! 100% recommend to come here if its your first time doing karaoke!!

Great experience! I spend amazing time in this place. They got great selection of English pop songs, and also wide variety of alcohol and food. The cocktail cosmo was perfect and chicken wings are super tasty. The staffs are very friendly and patient. Definitely recommend for people who want a party place.
