When you’re buying a vehicle they are great, but once you drive off the lot that seems to end. Very disappointed on how the situation was handled and all beating around the bush.

Went to get my brake fluid flushed due to contamination. They didn't do it properly and my brakes ended up not working properly and my engine light was on. They said it was my fault and told me it was like that before and said There isn't anything we touched that could trigger an engine light to come on". Not 10 minutes later after checking the code they come back and said "The code was the pressure in the brake lines" and tried charging me extra for diagnosing the code they messed up.Please check your car if for some dumb reason you go to this place

Took my truck in for recall and I a replace a glow plug. They did the recall work but dropped the ball on th glow plug. Instead of calling and asking me to clarify the issue, they waiting until I can to pick the truck up. I feel if they wer unsure of the issue after given the correct info they should have called during 7 hours my truck sat there. This is not the first issue I have had with this dealership but it will be the last......

Do not take your vehicle here. What a joke. Poor communication between shop staff and management. We brought our vehicle in for repairs and they were unprepared to fix it, never called us with any updates on what they were doing, then lied and said it was partially fixed when they hadn't even touched it yet. Very poorly run company. We picked our vehicle up and will be taking it elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else.
