First Flight Limousine (Toronto#1 Limos & Party-Buses)

We recently rented a limo to go from Scarborough to Niagara Falls and had a wonderful experience. We used them to go back a few days later as well. Our party had 4 adults and 4 children and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. It was just the thing to turn a regular trip to Niagara Falls into an unforgettable experience that we all still talk about.The limo was well maintained and clean. The seats were comfy. The chauffeur was on time, friendly and courteous. There were complimentary cold water bottles. The price was also very affordable compared to other limo services.I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. We are already planning another trip to Niagara Falls and looking forward to booking a sweet ride with them again!

superb service. A few minutes early, the driver came. All the way to my destination, the car was clean and the driver was kind. inexpensive price. I value receiving an SMS confirming my reservation and informing me when the driver will pick me up. Use again without a doubt.

Supposed to have rented a limo party bus for 8 hours. Options changed for cash payment vs credit card. Bud was to have a bathroom and seating around the edge. Bud showed up and it was a school bus with no liquor allowed. Driver was not friendly and the price was raised because they said that they had to send a bigger bus. So disappointed with this service and it wasn’t very honest. Guess they also don’t want to pay taxes as they wanted cash

Please do not use this company or be very cautious. I read a review on FB about them where a groom was stranded and had to cab to his wedding because the limo never showed up. I thought there is no way this would happen to us. But it did!!!!We had hired their services for Prom Night 2023 for a limousine. We confirmed the address and pick up time at least three times through text. I even sent him a pin of the location. The limo was supposed to pick up ten teens by 5:30. The time rolls around and there is no limo. We call and Alex says he will call me right back but he didn't. My husband started calling him and they said they were five minutes away. We kept calling and heard every excuse from limo breakdown to lost driver to being put on hold for long periods of time. The limo finally showed up 1.5 hours late and at the wrong address! Not only that, the driver started arguing with my husband and told him that he received wrong information from dispatch. No one in the company would own up to their mistakes.The kids had already left by then as they didn't want to miss out on their prom but they were pretty upset, as were the parents. We got a verbal confirmation that there would be a limo driver to pick them up after the event and Alex mentioned he would upgrade the limo for free. My husband and I went to the banquet hall to ensure there was a limo there so the kids would not be stranded and we had lost all faith in the company. The limo did show up early.Alex then proceeded to charge us for the upgrade and at first would only refund a third of the cost but I argued that we wanted at least half of the cost as we received half the service and a lot of frustration and disappointment for the teens. Also he had said the upgrade was free but then wanted to charge us for it. They would not refund the 15% gratuity that for some reason they thought they deserved. It was an awful awful experience and we were so incredibly disappointed with the lack of service, the unprofessionalism and the lies. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity for our children and it was almost runined by this company's incompetence and lies.If you decide to book, book with caution.

The driver picked us up late, even after picking us up late he stopped to get gas, I don't know why he didn't fill up before getting us. When the driver tried to restart the car after getting gas, the car was not registering his key for sometime and couldn't start. The car's AC stopped working and it was about 25 c that day. So the driver had to pull the car over to try and get it to work. The driver tried to get the partition to work but that wasn't working on the car either. There were no refreshments, no water, nothing (which I don't mind that much, I bought my own at the gas station the driver filled up at) we ended up 40 mins late to our event. We called the owner to ask them to send us a different car for our return trip because the one we were in basically didn't work. They said they already sent the car so nothing could be done (we later found out they lied about this). We told them the a.c. and partition didn't work, they said it's policy to keep the partition down (another lie because the driver told us the car was faulty and for some reason the partition wasn't working). They ended up hanging up on us, when we called back they said we were on our own and that's it." This was a $900 service."

Hired Bachelorette Limo from Alex To Niagara Falls. What an amazing driver. We took extra tour hours in Casino. Driver was very accommodating wit us. I would highly recommend First Flight Limousine. Will be using them for my wedding limo as well.
