Down to earth group of amazing people. They will pull you forward with them, help you pass your limits, and reach new heights. Kru Fresh is inspiring, kind, and his knowledge of Muay Thai is so deep. He loves the art and is glad to help anyone learn. Kru General keeps it real and will help you get mentally tougher. If you want to fight in the ring, its tough to find anyone better to be in your corner. Professor Adrian is a high end black belt Jiu Jitsu pro, who still loves to compete at high levels and will gladly roll with white belts - no ego. Training partners here are like one big family, and there are no shortage of people of various experience levels to train with. They train HARD, with respect and appreciation towards each other. Classes run consistently, and Kru always shows up to teach class even during the biggest icestorms of the year! TOP place to train whether you want to fight pro, get in shape, get tougher, whether you're male or female, old or young. Highly recommend Ajax MMA!
