I purchased motorcycle jackets for my son and daughter-in-law, last Christmas, via a telephone conversation and an email or two. I live in Ontario, son and D-I-L in Saskatchewan... the ordering, shipping and handling process was flawless; could not believe shipping was included. My biggest concern was, what happened if the jackets didn't fit; no need to worry, if there were any issues, Gryphon would pay the shipping charges back to their mfg site and pay shipping charges to Sask for a replacement item. If, for any reason, could rtn one or both of the jackets, with full refund, at no cost to myself or my son. Very impressed with the customer service and company policies. Thankfully nothing needed to be returned ... jackets were a huge success. Would highly recommend this company and the products they manufacture. Thank you.

I’ve had my Vancouver jacket for a year now and have truly loved it. It is the only jacket that I have used this season, both on my backcountry adventure bike tours as well as on the open highway. It has seen everything from cold, muddy conditions to 42 degrees C (107 F), through the dry desert to heavy downpours in the mountains, and has held up to it all. Is it waterproof? Yes. How’s the ventilation? Best that I’ve ever owned. This jacket has seen plenty of sun and has yet to fade. It’s also protected me from a few spills, no road rash to report :). Would I recommend it to a friend? Absolutely. Do I have any improvement suggestions? Yes. When the vents are open the cool Gryphon name is not visible. Nice job on the Vancouver jacket - good on you guys!

Truth be told, I was a bit nervous about taking the coat of many layers on our ride to the sunny south. Temperatures on the Baja were high 20s C (low 80s F) and the Gryphon gear’s bomb-proof construction seemed like it would keep everything out…including air flow. When we started gearing up I had a moment of panic when I realized there were no pit-zips on the Pyrenees jacket and almost grabbed my Klim jacket instead. I stuck to the plan though, opened all the available vents on both the jacket and the Indy pants, and hit the open road.Much to my ecstatic surprise, the air vents were EXACTLY where they needed to be to maximize air flow…it almost felt like the air was circulating around inside the jacket instead of just flowing through. Gryphon has their cooling system nailed!! The huge air vents on the pants even cooled the backs of my legs during our long stretches in a seated riding position. Added bonus was that the knee protection pads were well placed and, thanks to the layered construction, didn’t chafe at all!Thoughtful touches like the phone pocket that actually fits my iPhone 12 Pro Max, and the huge outer pockets that can carry my GPS and assortment of sundry (that doesn’t get left in the soft side bags when we stop for sight-seeing or lunch), kept my expensive electronics safe and provided good peace of mind.The not-found-in-nature colour of the hi-viz panels kept me VERY visible against the desert landscape and were a fashionable relief from the all-black sartorial selection of other gear I own.Two thumbs up, Gryphon Moto!!

Today I used my Gryphon Pyrenees jacket on a 3 hour ride in the rain. Really, it never stopped for the full 3 hours. The jacket weighed a little more when I got home, but I was warm and dry. When the temps got a little colder I put the liner in. I got this jacket at Americade last year and this was the first real rain test. Great jacket and great people to buy from.

I had a problem with the Cabot leather gloves and contacted customer service. I promptly received a reply and their acknowledgement of the issue and replacement of the gloves. I was very pleased with the gloves and happy with their response - a quality company.
