Doesn't call you back...un-reliable.Waiting more than 3 weeks for a call back on a part for a sump pump. Obviously long forgotten.

Called the company on Tuesday morning and less than two hours later heard back from owner Kevin. He listened to my problem, said he'd bring a variety of products for the repair, and came with his assistant TJ and the problems were analyized and the repairs were completed in less than two hours.
