Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a cooler and water jugs to be delivered. Driver shows up without calling ahead to confirm. Delivers a cooler that was dirty which turned out to be a floor model. They were supposed to return to pick it up and exchange it for a brand new cooler. Instead the driver comes empty handed a week later. Extremely poor service, zero communication or concern for their customer. Do not recommend this company.

Saw a guy at No Frills buying at least two dozen cases of bottled water. Then he went out and piled them into the back of the Select Water van. What's that about?? I hope it's for some kind of emergency. Bottled water generates tonnes of plastic waste and only benefits big companies who steal from municipal water supplies.

Terrible service!Took days and days to get a delivery of water and then after being told the jugs were a deposit by one owner, when we tried over a week and a half to get a response to return the jugs, were told that that's not our policy" by another owner. Were told we'd here back from the first owner that told us they were a deposit

my mom bought a system, before she passed away , now it is causing damage to my home and there is no company in the usa nobody to take this crap out, i think your company sucks and would reccommend no one in usa buy a home system from you, I HATE YOUR COMPANY

This place is great! They greet you at the door, take your bottles, wash them & fill them for you and will also carry them out to your car for you. Excellent service & good, clean, water.

Close to my house, always open and great water. When I had surgery they delivered. So I never had to go without clean water. Great customer service

Well i go there to get water thats fine but the fact that no one offers any help to open door or taking to vehicle customer service needs some help Seriously twisted my back not cool

Horrible delivery service. Changed to H20 as the guy there is kind and very helpful. Will never go back to you guys especially since the guy delivered and reaked of booze
