Pricey food. Slow service. Not a lot of menu options. Sugar-free red bull only?! Been here for over 25 minutes and still haven’t been served. The restaurant is half empty. Always given the wrong drink when I ask for a white freeze.

Excellent Food and Service, we came 1:30 Sunday afternoon. Katie gave us excellent service with a smile! Our appetizers came hot and fast, followed by our mains. Huge kids menu the kids were excited, will be recommending to our friends and family

Well our service was bad. Drinks like passion fruit and coffee. Passion fruit had lemon in and water. I wanted to have more coffee but waitress showed up on end when we wanted to leave and pay for it. She seemed very upset that I didn't get a Bud Light beer. Last time I am in Boston Pizza.

We had a late dinner on Saturday of Easter weekend. Food was great, but our server made the experience 5 star, she was so friendly, kept our drinks refilled and checked on us often. Next time we come to North Bay we will eat here because of our fantastic server!

The service is always wonderful. The food is served warm and I've never had an issue with the food at this location. Excellent pasta and pizza. I recommend this location.

The food was decent. They didn't give me my entire order when I picked up so I had to drive back to get my salad. Got a sad sorry and a weak excuse. If you're going to allow pickup and take-out then you should know how to prepare it so as to not inconvenience patrons.

Food was great but service not so good.Went to bar area took some time to get service.Place was not very busy.Asked to have tv channel changed to watch a game really wanted to see. That took at leat 10 min.The ordered beer and nachos with beef.Received nachos no beef but I didn't realize it till then.It was still very good.Told the bartender that there was no beef and he brought me the bill with beef charged. Told and he took the bill and adjusted it at 1.00 off and I asked only 1.00 politely and his response was that's what it looks like.The food was still very good and price didn't matter to me.Just seamed like I was a real bother to him all the time I was there

Our waiter Shawn , made our experience, wonderful. Super friendly, funny, well groomed and well spoken. Food is always good but I'll return because of his service. Best Peach Belinni ever!

It is a great restaurant in the town for good food. Though the pricing is a bit higher, the quality of the food is really appreciable. They have a decent menu for pizzas and pasta. The only negative comment i could say that the “spicy markings” on the menu are just to scare people that the food is going to be spicy. Actually, i have tried all of their pastas and couldn’t find them any spicy at all. Anyway, it’s a lovely restaurant.
