Audi Prestige

The chauffeur for the limo service was extremely awkward and inappropriate. I was asking about the car we were in which was the Q7 and I mentioned I was interested in leasing the new Q3 when I my current lease was done. He tells me the Q3 is for women and never to buy and made me feel like the car I like wasn’t a good choice for men. Then he states if he decides to live in this country he wants to buy the Q7 we’re driving… however he doesn’t want to live in this “shit country” and he continues to put down Canada and our government. For 20 minutes I had to listen to him talk about how terrible my country is. I refused to get into this discussion with him and make me feel very awkward. Extremely inappropriate for some one who is an Arab immigrant and has not lived here their whole life. Audi should be ashamed for having this person drive their loyal Audi customers.

After giving up my company car, I found myself in the market for a new car. For me, it was a no brainer to go back to Audi prestige after an amazing experience with Derrick several years back. I got lucky enough to sit at Richie’s desk this time around and, without hesitation, I got my dream car at a price that I felt comfortable with. Due to limited stock, Richie truly bent over backwards to find my car. Richie is kind, dedicated, honest (which is hard to come by these days), and cracks some pretty decent jokes ! My experience at Audi prestige, without a doubt, exceeded expectations; the customer really does come first. After sale customer care is very important to me, and I felt and feel truly taken care of. Not to mention, the new 2022 models are chefs kiss. Thank you Richie and the entire team at Audi Prestige.

Ordered & just got delivery of an Audi Q5 2022 Sportback, amazing sales service, very informative & accommodative , super friendly. If you are looking to buy an Audi this is definitely the place you should consider.I was looking to buy a new Q5 , called up and set up a meeting. I was served by Mr K.C the sales man.Mr K.C looked very professional and knowledgable and had served me with a lot of care and patience.He had answered all my questions and took me for a test drive.I can only recommend if you are looking into a new car Audi Prestige is the place.
