Called no answer, walked in twice no Doctor, the older secretary was very rude and dressed for yoga outside she stated I should go to another clinic if I have issues with the service. unprofessional. Reason I did not make Dr. Gorman my family doctor years ago was because he was/is never available and has many many personal emergencies to where he leaves the clinic early. How can you ensure a walk in Doctor is available if calls are not being answered in the empty clinic. 5+ years of this pattern and behaviour.

Dr Caturay is a great doctor but the assistents/desk secretary young fellow treat him like an unreachable God , #no #empathy no understanding, #lazy, #uncooperative, no help AT ALL … tired of it , it is exhausting deal with them and make your health worsencanadian health system is a HUGE fail … the best part is when the secretaries ask you to use masks when they are not using it …

Was in a lot of pain and my family doctors were all on vacation so I called ahead here to see if they had availability. They said if I come within half an hour they would see me. I came within half an hour, not a minute more, and then the receptionists turned me away saying they’re fully booked and will not see me. For some reason the doctor leaves at 2 instead of 5 as displayed. Don’t come here if you actually want to see a doctor.

The receptionist behaves like she’s the doctor. It’s been 2 years Dr G is my family doctor and every we need to see him he’s not available or available 2 weeks later by then the medical problem is resolved. Recently we tested positive and wanted something for severe throat pain, the receptionist said doctor won’t recommend anything and SHE RECOMMENDS not seeing the doctor!! Not sure if they’re running a clinic or a joke!

Negative reviews because people expect instant care....many other patients need care too so like ER first come first serve on priority basis. Most clinics anymore because they are so busy are walk-in for their roster patients only. Staff always helpful and pleasant. Boxgrove offers a walk-in clinic 7 days a week for other doctors patients. Yes they do work slower, because they take time to listen to your problem and concern and address it accurately. We are spoiled and want instant service, even roster patients sometimes can’t be seen in walk-in if they are busy.

Many of the negative reviews on here are correct. The receptionist does in fact turn people away before they actually close depending on how many patients are waiting. The doctors here work very slowly. I only had 2 patients ahead of me for walk in and yet ended up waiting an hour and a half. This was at 930am as well. The clinic is clean and the receptionists are somewhat friendly. Not sure why they all dress like they are going to the gym next door. Not sure how this clinic operates but I doubt I will be back here again.

I came to this walk-in clinic for the first time today and I was absolutely impressed with the service. The receptionist greeted me with a beautiful smile and gave me the usual new patient form to fill out. Then the wait time was very reasonable, roughly 20 minutes or less? (I'm not really sure since I was reading my emails the whole time).When I met the doctor, he was super sweet and professional. He explained my problem to me and answered all of my questions with a caring attitude.The pharmacy was also very professional. The pharmacist assistant was so sweet to suggest a less expensive version of my medication for me when she heard that I was paying out of pocket. Then the pharmacist was also super sweet and caring as she explained to me how to take my medication.Overall, my experience at this clinic was outstanding. I would give them a 10 if I could!!Thank you all so much!

My whole family has seen these two doctors unfortunately they seem overwhelmed. They have not taken the time to improved their patient experience. Its hard for me to get a prescription renewal and I been seeing Doctor C for about 25 years. Hopefully they will read their reviews one day.

I've been seeing Dr. Gorman for a few years now. I am very happy with him as my doctor and the service I get. I understand there are a lot of negative reviews for different reasons, but I myself am happy they turn away random walk-ins and keep their walk-ins to actual patients. It gets people like me in and out a lot faster!

I attended at approximately 12:30p on a Saturday and was able to see the walk-in doctor in about 15 minutes. The receptionist was pleasant and the doctor was both knowledgeable and professional. The waiting room has comfortable seating, is well renovated and the facility itself is clean and bright. Really appreciated how quick the service was here.
