Just went in there to pick up a package around 1:30pm on April 6 and the guy working there looked at us and told us they were closed.I asked how long they'd be closed and he said for a few hours.This is complete bs. He was standing at the desk doing something on the computer and wouldn't get it package for us cause they were closed"."

I would rate this place a one star only. The manager, Laura, that works there has the worst attitude anyone could ever imagine. She does not greet, does not apologize for any mistakes, very unfriendly and rude. I could tell that she hates her job and does not care about how she makes the clients feel. Maybe it is her time to leave this job for someone that cares more instead of giving the clients of this busy place a hard time. I will never come back to this place again.

I was just served by a clerk named Laura ( if that's what you call being served) I have dealt with the public in a retail setting most of my life and this is the most rude and disrespectful encounter ever! Fire her! I will never step foot in this establishment again!!!

Packages are often not actually there when they should be according to Canada Post. Most likely it's the drivers fault, not the actual place in Shoppers Drugmart. The staff is sweet and always willing to help if your package is still not there.

I went there to courier a parcel and I saw a very bad reviews about the attendant. When I went there, She served me.. I think the reviews have made a little change in her service though she does not smile but treated me properly..1 extra star for her improvement.Attendant Name : Lauren

I'm not one to post reviews for anything but the service here is so bad I had to. Laura is the manager and just terrible overall. I came to ship packages that I've done many times at other Canada Post locations without any issues. Here it was such a big problem due to Laura that I chose to ship them at a different location instead. I'd give 0 stars if it was possible

Recieved a pick up parcel at the conestoga mall shopper, no time when it was to be picked up, no delivery time on the notice... went to the shoppers post office and they told me my package is not there and it will be there the following day by 1pm...terrible overall customer service
