Affordable rice rolls and other dim sum items with decent varietyIt gets very busy on weekends, don't expect much from service. It feels very much like a fast food place. Quality is ok for the items we got: congee, rice rolls, and fried mantou, but not outstanding.Unfortunately everything is served on disposable plates and bowls.They also do takeout, which my boyfriend loves.

It has been a while since my last visit. For a traditional Chang Fen store with emphasis, usually there are chilly sauce, sweet sauce, and dry sesame provided at each table as standard serving. However, you would not be able to find them or be provided only when you ask for. They served Hong Kong style milk tea. This visit found that the food quality has some sort of improvement, and there is some special promotion as well.

I LOVE this place! The HK style food is so authentic and reminds me of my childhood. We had the fish noodle roll, curry fish balls, century egg congee and black sesame dessert soup. Between two people, it was very satisfying and filling. The price is so reasonable for the quality of food you get! We will be back for more!

3rd visit Dec 30 2022:Friendly and accommodating staff every visit! For my 3rd time here, the food is hot, fresh, and delicious! I love this place! You MUST try their Hongkong style frozen milk tea! It's refreshing and perfect!First visit in April 2022: Amazing cheung fun (rice noodle rolls), crispy shrimp rolls and dough stick! Everything was hot and fresh! The consistency of the rice noodle was absolute perfection! The Hong Kong style milk tea was delicious! This place did not disappoint! The staff were so sweet and friendly! Definitely coming back!

This place is my go-to for rice noodle rolls! You can visit any location from this franchise and expect the same quality and consistency.Came to dine in for a late lunch and it was very quiet which worked in our favour. We ordered two variations of the rice rolls (shrimp and truffle mushroom), congee with some dough fritters and deep fried fish skins. Their rice rolls were silky and the filling was nicely marinated. I enjoyed their less traditional flavours such as the truffle variation as well. This is definitely my kind of comfort food! I was however surprised to see them serving the food on the takeout containers though. I thought they'd have it on their normal plates and bowls.Overall service was quick, and friendly. But an area for improvement could be cleanliness, I found the chairs were a little oily from the previous customers.

Love this place, our favourite place to go for rice rolls.You can see in the photos how thin the layers are, so good. The “dough stick rice roll” the dough stick is actually still crispy even when we ordered delivery to home, so so so good!Tried quite a few items here, so far they never disappointed. Our favourite also the classic shredded pork preserved egg congee, yummy! Dough stick itself is also good, as well as the dough stick rice rolls as mentioned above.Highly recommended!

Ordered takeout rice noodle roll and congee with preserved egg and pork.Pleasantly surprisrd that rice rolls were still soft and delicious. Congee has great flavour, a little thick but not too much
