The most amazing of any service I've received from a car dealership. Even after I purchased my vehicle they took the effort to ensure everything was working and helped replace my rear light. John was an excellent help, always quick to respond and going above and beyond to provide me with anything I needed.Thank you Barrie Honda!

Barrie Honda was a fantabulous place for me to purchase my next CRV. I was in a pretty serious accident with my 2017 CRV...so I wanted exactly what I had prior to my accident. Jerry was most welcoming and made sure he could find exactly what I wanted. So, he in turn found me a 2019 Honda CRV and I was ever so delighted and on cloud 9. The transition from one to the other was great as well. Jerry was a great salesperson to deal with..he went above and beyond to see that I was happy. Thank you Jerry. You are fantastic...Barrie Honda is where it's at, and if anyone needs a Honda. They will not disappoint.

Well, wish I could say I've had a good experience with Honda. 6 month old 2022 pilot. Before delivery there was slash in the back seat, rear window seal had a hole in it. Took 6 weeks to get that repair. Fast forward to today. Received a little bit of rain and now the interior dash including pillar air bags, upper console, dashboard, transmission buttons and carpets are soaked in water. ( Sunroof is closed) Needed a towel on lap to sit inside. Puddles began to form on the floor..Brought to Honda was told no loaners available and... We don't know when we will look at it. Have vehicles from may that haven't been looked at."I have owned 5 Hondas. Never had this much trouble. Never would've thought I'd need an umbrella inside my car"

I left a rating earlier with no details. But I always felt compelled to share my experiences. Some of the best people I met there. Michelle leita, Brad, Sandy, Jen, Ahmed, and I forgot another gentleman’s name who gave ride home. Hooked to Honda since childhood.

I am going to divide this review into 2 parts: sales and service department. TL,DR down the bottom.Sales: Jacob was my salesperson and I could not be happier with him. He was very helpful, and very understanding of my situation. I had just been neville’s in an accident the day before I went to Barrie Honda looking for a new car and was awaiting my insurance company’s decision on whether my car was going to be deemed a total loss or not. I told Jacob this and he said there was no pressure at all, and if they decided to fix my current car then any deposit I were to put on a new car would be fully refunded. Luckily, my car was written off and I got a brand new 2022 Accord Sport 2.0T to replace my now totalled 2017 Civic Touring. Jacob was very helpful throughout the entire process and very trusting of me, even giving me the keys to test drive the car, even knowing that I had been in an accident the day before, which was very reassuring. Very happy with the entire buying process.Service Department: Now unfortunately I can’t give quite the high praise to the service department that I can sales. Don’t get me wrong, they do great, high quality work, but it’s just typically not very quick. I’ve had now two times where my car was in for different reasons and the wait time was a longer than expected and one time where the problem was diagnosed and addressed, but not yet fixed. Left the car Tuesday at 1:30 and went back to get it Wednesday night after hours and the problem had not been resolved, unfortunately. I need to give a huge shoutout to Michelle though, she has been nothing but wonderfully helpful anytime I’ve been to the service department, and even one time squeezing my car in right before a long weekend to ensure I had my car back asap.TL,DR: Jacob from sales is amazing, service department is good, but can be slower, Michelle from service is also amazing
