The Aire One service person, Douglas arrived right on time, which means a great deal to me, and attended to his as soon as he was shown the location of the Furnace, and Fireplace.Douglass worked continually on the maintenance of these items, stopping to answer any questions that I had. His responses were always articulate and helpful in making me feel secure in what Aire One stands for.It was a casual experience and, when Douglas left, I felt that my house had been in good hands.Great to see a personable, and knowledgeable employee such as this fellow, especially when it comes to the value of the house, and all who reside in it.Kudos to Aire One.My only concern is that both the office personnel and Douglass think that I have A/C, and I do not.... My Furnace, and the Fireplace are the only items which should have been listed.When we purchased the home way back (over 30 years ago), we did have A/C, however we never used it, and allowed it to be disconnected (decades ago).Please amend your records

My experience was great! The Technician (Alaa) was prompt, friendly, very nice and very respectful of my home by removing his shoes before he entered (a lot of service people do not do that you literally have to ask them to remove there shoes).Overall, I am pleased with his professionalism, attitude and his work.Thanks, Alaa it was nice doing business with you.

Owen + Devon were a pleasure to have! They were awesome with my installation of a new furnace and AC unit. They were super transparent with everything and very detailed with showing me how my new set up works. On top of being very professional and efficient and very personable, they even swept the floor after they were done even when half of the dust pan wasn’t their doing. Their work was clean as well. Awesome job, very happy! 10/10 would recommend!

From the initial consult with Max to the actual purchase process and installation, we were kept informed about every step. AC had stopped working. Matthew was sent into our home and he performed the diagnostics and replaced the faulty part promptly. The service was quick. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the different components thoroughly. Overall, we are quite happy with the service provided and end result.

My hot water tank burst at 2 am, so I called Aire One later that morning. Darren came by quickly to assess the work needed, & the next morning (less than 24 hours after my initial call) Darren and Miser came back to replace it. I opted for a tankless water heater, and they were so quick & efficient. They also replaced some rusty gas pipes, & removed the old 50 gallon tank. They were polite, professional and quick! I'll be calling this company again for other jobs!

I recently had the pleasure of working with a team from Aire One, including Mike Zuliani, Tes and Eric Kim, and Joselin G, to purchase and install a Carrier top spec VNA4 heat pump, humidifier, hybrid water heater, and water softener in my home. The team did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure the installation was successful.What made this installation particularly challenging was the amount of space modifications that were needed, which had previously caused the job to be refused by another company, Reliance. However, the team from Aire One tackled the challenge head-on and found creative solutions to make everything fit and work properly. Their expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive.Not only did they complete the installation successfully, but they also took the time to explain how everything worked and answer all of my questions. They were courteous, professional, and left the home clean and tidy.Throughout the entire process, Joselin G provided exceptional customer service and made sure everything ran smoothly. She was always available to answer my calls and emails, and made sure that the team had everything they needed to get the job done.Overall, I am extremely grateful for the hard work and dedication of the entire Aire One team. They exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service. With summer coming I wanted to get the air conditioner checked to make sure we got one more season out of it since I knew it was an older unit. The previous owners to my surprise had not changed the unit since 1997! Upon inspecting the furnace too same issue and to make matters worst the furnace had a crack and was emitting carbon monoxide. Talk about irresponsible previous owners. With that no choice but to change both units. I was connected with Adam who came to my home to explain the options and the whole process. We decided to go with a green option and a furnace and a heat pump. When it came time to installation Tariq and Wahid arrived on time and worked the whole day to make sure everything was done right and worked well. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them again and again. Thank you Adam, Tariq and Wahid.

I had Matthew come in for a furnace check-up and he was extremely helpful! He arrived perfectly on time, he was very clear in explaining the issues with my furnace and what needed to be done to fix the problems. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable technician.
