The Fan Shoppe has a great web site for online shopping with helpful advice to guide you with the selection of a fan. The two fans we purchased arrived very quickly and were not damaged in shipping. Brandon also provided us with advice on selecting remote controls. I highly recommend this business.

I found the store online and I liked the large selection of options. I ordered three for our new home, and everything arrived quickly and in good shape. We ended up having to return them and the staff was very helpful and understanding about the situation. We are very grateful for friendly, helpful and human stores like this. Recently purchased a fan online. Received a personal email from Brandon thanking me for my business. Following delivery of product (two days), I realized I wanted to change the blade colour. Brandon responded to this request within 12 hours, accommodating this change, all done via shipping and not having to drive 2+ hours to the store. So far, so good.

Ordered on the phone a beautiful fan from FanShoppe from Rick Church. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the fan we wanted to purchase and it came within 3 days to our house. We absolutely love it. It is called Hugh 52 and is beautiful, whisper quiet, elegant and modern. Rick made the purchase of this item so easy.

After a frustrating experience with a different store (ordering months in advance to be told last minute things weren't available/slow response, delayed shipping etc) RICK CHURCH saved the day! I had two days until the electrician was coming, and Rick sent out the items in the afternoon and they arrived this morning. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I cannot say enough about his customer service. Throughout this whole remodel experience, Rick has by far exceeded any supplier. I would give The Fan Shoppe 100 stars if I could.

Had a great experience with The Fan Shoppe. It was nice to find a Canadian company that sold the fan model we were looking for. When shipping was delayed they were responsive to email inquiries (we communicated with Brandon) and he proactively offered a discount due to the delay. The order shipped with a tracking number and the fan arrived in great condition. We are very happy with our new fan, and the service and communication provided. Would buy from them again.
