Absolutely legend. Raymond. I am not a big fan of writing a review but I want this review to help others who have been ripped off or literally extorted by dealerships. Go see Raymond for the most honest and caring service. I won't regret.

Just got the refridgant refilled for my Brz. Raymond has excellent customer service and got the job done quickly. I Would definitely recommend my friends to come here!

I will only take my car to Raymond and his team at Rigid Auto Care. Car repair shops love taking advantage of women but Raymond treats you with respect. He is reliable and explains calmly the issues with your car and how he will tackle the matter in a timely manner. I have taken my cars to Raymond for various reasons ranging from an oil change and snow tires to a fender bender. My last repair from here required body work and my car looks brand new. Also, the interior of my car was cleaned impeccably when returned. I'd give 10 STARS if I could. Professional and honest service.

My entire family comes here with our cars on a regular basis. Raymond always explains things to us, and super responsive. Him and his team are rock stars.

Good spot to get your car serviced. It's a small shop but Raymond and his staff were great. Don't expect the glitz and glam of a dealership.I had to get my tires swapped for winter tires and my go to shop was booked up for over a week. I called Raymond on a Thursday afternoon and he slotted me in for Saturday at 5:30pm.I got there for my appointment and didn't have to wait long as he finished up servicing a client's car.Got my tires (on rims) swapped for $40 and oil change for $45. I found the oil change price a bit higher than most shops since most in the area are around $30-$35 especially since it's a basic oil change on a 2009 Corolla. But hey it's not a biggie since he accommodated me quickly to get my tires swapped.Raymond finished off the service by saying I'll need my transmission fluid changed during the next oil change. I asked him the cost and his price is $85 to get that service done.Overall it's a good place. I wonder how he'll do for other services in the future.Now I have visited a few auto shops in the area, it's great to have a few options to compare prices and service quality especially since these places are always busy when you need your car serviced most.

My car broke down on Saturday and had to be towed to a garage. My son found Rigid Auto Care operated by Raymond on Google with good reviews. We took my car which he fixed in a professional manner. He demonstrated excellent customer service with great honesty. We decided to identify and fix all issues on our another car which were essential for road safety and reliable transportation. Raymond is now our family car guru.

I found this shop recently and I'm shocked that I didn't know this place existed! Raymond is a great mechanic who knows his cars and is super honest. Had recent suspension, transmission pan, oil pan work done to 2 of the cars and it's been perfect. Great service, great location and fast and reliable service. I'll be coming here going forward!
