We switched over to McDougall about 3 years ago and been very satisfied ever since. Our agent Ryan Jarrell was very professional and explained the policy in detail. Gave us advice on some items we weren't sure about. The staff in the Madoc office are very friendly and helpful. McDougall Insurance is a great company.

My broker was aloof and could not seem to figure out how to transfer an Intact auto insurance policy from a broker in Edmonton to her office. Also I called the Belleville switchboard 3 times and was put on hold so fast I could not get my question out. I am cancelling and saving 30% with Aviva.
