Recently went to this dealor and was assisted by Mary Ann. Though I did not end up buying the car I went to see, I was most impressed with the way they care for their clients/potential customers.Mary Ann was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. She really made me comfortable in buying from this dealorship had the car been the right one for me.It would be worth the drive if you are in the market for a Ford!

The work was done in a very timely manner.The report was gone.over with me.Once again, I left a satisfied customer.and will continue to have them service my car, knowing my vehicle is in great hands!

Took my car to get alignment there wasn't a engine light on in my car and no misfire and somehow when picked up it had a misfire biggest coincidence I'll never trust taking another vehicle there for mechanic work

Our 2017 Ford Explorer was our first brand new vehicle order! We knew when ordering it would take a while to come in and we were OK with the wait. The Sales and Accounting teams at Heaslips were a great help, it was really easy to order exactly what we wanted and all the options we couldn't live without. When we finally got our explorer, it was exactly as we had expected it, I'm also happy to hear the person who recommended the dealer got a little something for their recommendation, and we will be taking our explorer to the dealer for all the maintenance. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.

We have used Heaslip Ford for at least 12-15yrs & have been very happy with the various departments & personnel here. However, I have to bring your attention to an employee that has given us exceptional service beyond what we could have imagined possible. That person is Tibor in the Service department , he has been so helpful to me with my 2018 F-150 V8 XLT . Giving exceptional technical information, ideas & guidance that no other Ford dealer has ever given me. I can’t say enough positive things about Tibor, Heaslip Ford has done very well having high quality individuals like him! Thank You Tibor & Heaslip Ford 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!

Today I arrived early for my 1pm BOOKED APPOINTMENT. Was told they were at lunch til 12:30, fair expectation. They knew I was waiting. At the 2 hour mark, I got up to get water, AND MY TRUCK WAS STILL IN its PARKING SPOT. Not even in the service bay. 1 hour after MY BOOKED APPOINTMENT!!!! When I went to ask, I got we were slammed" and an " oh well" attitude. Boy did I feel disrespected and not valued as a client. They always took longer than I expected
