Last August, I decided I wanted to build a Dancing Waters Trillium kayak as a retirement project. It has taken me 6 months to get started, and the fun began a couple weeks ago. This morning, I realized I had a couple questions for the Dancing Waters team. I sent an email, and as I walked from the computer, my phone rang. It was Rob, from Waters Dancing. I was shocked. I really expected at least a pretense of reluctance due to how much time has gone by, but no...he answered all my questions, and he had a couple of his own. As it turned out, he anticipated my having a minor problem in the future due to some custom changes I'd ordered. Yes, he anticipated a problem, came up with the solution, and provided the necessary steps to make my boat building experience the greatest!!!Kudos to Rob, and the entire Waters Dancing team!!!Steve, Kelowna, BC, Canada
