I just bought a coffee grinder online. This review is about the purchase and delivery experience only. I have not tried their customer service for maintenance or other issues.The website is very well organized. The grinder arrived at my door only 36 hours after I bought it. I got emails updating the status of my order. The last one said that the driver was 30 minutes away and he was. Shipping was free. I hope my grinder works well so I can say goodbye to my old block burr grinder.Great experience up till now. Love the website. If you like coffee and coffee gear you'll like it.I hope I can visit their showroom sometime in the future.

It was nice to visit the showroom finally. I bought my Eureka grinder, Chemex w/filters, and Airscape 128 Oz storage container online over the past year. Was going to pick up some accessories however they were not in stock today. Was nice to see all the machines on display and staff were friendly to converse with.

We bought an espresso machine through their store on Amazon. The machine was beautiful but had a few problems from the manufacturer side of things. Idrinkcoffee made sure it was taken care of fairly and to my satisfaction. They had integrity and impeccable customer service and in my opinion is the bar by which other companies should be measured. I feel secure says your business with them will be respected and appreciated.

Like most people, I have had a remarkable experience with this company. I got great advice over the phone when I was unsure of my internet order; the man helping me was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I had an order damaged in shipping and could not imagine getting a better response from a company. They have replied immediately to all emails and promptly done as they said they would. Their ability to resolve problems and their commitment to their customers are outstanding. I wish that all businesses were as conscientious as idrinkcoffee and as pleasant to work with. And their coffee beans are delicious!

I'm telling the truth now. this company is the worst I have ever met. they send my equipment to a wrong address then just leave them away. they can use 3 days to response your email and answered nothing. I asked to change the right postcode, guess what? they change the wrong one again. they don't have any responsibility to your equipment even a couple of letters for the postcode typing. do not spend any money on them.
