I am thrilled to report that my right leg surgery with Dr. Vrabec was a complete success. His expertise and knowledge are exceptional. And I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing medical treatment. Moreover, Barbara, his assistant, was an absolute delight to work with. She was incredibly gracious, patient, and empathetic throughout the entire process. I am deeply grateful for their outstanding care and service.

Find another specialist, save yourself from the headache! This office is extremely rude and refuses to help after one of our extended medical plans needs a proper written recommendation for compression stockings so we can get the expense covered. We called multiple times to get this information and they have been extremely difficult to deal with. Do not waste your time!

His Staff in Abbotsford, - You can't trust his staff, Especially Turban Lady is rude and play favourites and make you unnecessarily wait. I couldn't deal with her nonsense. She won't let me speak with Doctor. She act like a Big Boss. I decided now to go see him any more.

I saw him in November 2017. My doctor referred me to him as we knew I had lymphedema and I suspected I had lipedema. He was the only one in the Greater Vancouver area I have been able to find who already knew about lipedema without my mentioning it and was able to successfully diagnose me,. Only issue is that I got my hopes up that now that we knew what it was that I would be treated for it. I ended up with a wound from the lymphedema which only recently healed after 3 years. I also have started compression after finding one finally that didn't act as a tourniquette and I have lost 40 lbs since March. I hopefully will see him again as I am hoping to get lipedema surgery in the next year and need a recent report about the condition from a doctor who knows about it.

I called there to confirm my appointment. In my own error, I did not realize there was 2 Dr. Vrabec's. His receptionist was extremely rude and called me stupid and told me I should learn how to use Google properly then proceeded to hang up on me.

Train wreck I went in on time for my appointment, as given a revised time, and they went an hour past that without saying a word. I left and rebooked and it happened again only this time they were taking people out of order and putting them ahead of me.The attitude if the nurse was just shy of nasty both times.

Staff is rude, Dr Vabrec is over booked all the time so expect long waits and rude service. The Dr is well practiced in his routine, speaks like a robot and is too quick to get you out of his room, probably because his waiting room is packed full of people who need help. I would look else where for a good physician. This guy needs to cut his business in half and stop booking appointments on his on call days.

Dr. Vrabec is a great specialist, uses the ultra sound on my leg to see varicose veins. Explains everything so well, very polite, professional and caring. He even took me in last minute at dinner time for an emergency exam. Went out of his way, help me during a scary moment, couldn't ask for a better specialist.... Amazing...

No doubt this clinic has 2.5 star rating. Reason - receptionist Barbara. Called the clinic a couple of times and it was an absolute nightmare to speak to her. Zero customer service skills and manners on how to talk to patients. Your lack of professionalism is what's setting the reputation this low for the clinic.P.S - She got upset when I called her to confirm the appointment.
