Although my haircut wasn't the worst I've had, it was still pretty bad. I tried to give a lot of direction at the beginning and during the cut, but the barber just did her own thing. Good barbers tend to check and confirm lengths and heights before proceeding - she did not. If you need a generic cut, go here. Otherwise, find another place.

Very impressed with the staff here, they work quick and have never let me down in the 2 years I've been going there. Tanya does me up good every time, I've never had a hairdresser as skillful as her, and at least 2 others there have also provided me excelent service, could not recomend enough.

This new location was amazing! I loved being there. The staff are kind and accommodating which makes you feel right at home.I found it a little bit harder to get to than the Main Street Unionville location, but I travel by bus and I didn't take a good rout.There was zero pressure from my barber to get more, which meant that I didn't feel guilty about my cut. I ended up requesting a slightly more expensive deal because I just wanted a head massage.I'm really happy with the overall haircut and I'll definitely go back!

A new location on 169 enterprise is just stunning and in excellent taste. Spacious and modern. Elegant and definitive all barbers should follow Starks example.Offering way beyond a regular haircut. Clear information is available from helpful and informative staff and amongst the antique feel great magazines and reclaimed wood you can find out about packages for every special occasion in life. Coffee or water served graciously.Starks barber are grooming experts. Their communications are perfect and informative so every detail in appointments are comfortably managed for you. Maggie provided the perfect style for a professional appearance the time spent in the Starks barbers chair is the best part of the day. So comfortable.The selection of products to complete a grooming experience are top grade my personal favorite is texturizing spray.Parking in the nearby lot is convienent with upscale venues restaurant with a gym and cinema.Starks signature express finished with the original. I'll be back for more.

They have the worst customer service. I just walked out of the barber shop. I was disgusted and appalled by their level of service. They have a 10 minute grace period. I was one minute past that period. Right away they told me I was late. I was met with annoyance. I apologized. Begrudgingly they accommodated another time. I asked if it the new time was for both haircuts and they claim there were going to call me and let me know the haircuts would be back to back.Then I asked about the 50% off haircut email. They were hesitant to honor it. Then they told me it would be only for 1 haircut because I only got 1 email. No where in the email does it claim only one haircut.The staff are very unprofessional and unfriendly.The only thing they are good is at turning away customers.Save yourself the headache and the trip.

Place is great but one woman who works there absolutely ruined my hair, told her specifically not to cut the top, and guess what she did? Cut the top, and paid 45 for that. Again, place is great, just don’t go to Tanya!

It’s a joke. Old lady don’t know what she’s doing. She can’t live without the comb I guess. I can find somebody on the street cut better hair than her. They try to act like they’re such a busy business. Had to check in and wait at the “Lounge” . Which nobody is inside.

Took my 6 year old son for a haircut, she accidentally cut his ear it was bleeding, and I was watching the entire time, the stylist brushed it off like it was not a big deal but it was!!! I was livid and my son was scared and not to mention his haircut was terrible, never got an apology from the stylist. The back was uneven , the sides were a mess, I do not recommend, also, way over priced for a 6 year olds haircut, paid $ 50 plus tip, This was our 2nd visit, but won't be returning.

Long time client but sadly things have gone way down hill since they moved from Union Ville. Last three visits have been terrible. Asked for no product, was given product. Asked for rounded beard, left with a huge point. Today showed up 3 minutes late because the parking lot was full. Was told they could not serve me then they attempted a no show fee. What happened? I used to love this place.

I find myself wanting to make this place my go-to" spot because the ambiance is nice and the location is great for me. However
