I had a terrible interaction with one of the ladies that work here. I was the only one that was there are the time I went to make a report. As I walked in we made eye contact..I then waited for her to approach me. She didn't so after a while...I said hello hello hello and no one came. Finally the same lady came over and was very abrupt with me and harsh..for what reason..I do not know! I told her I was there to make a report. They then proceed to talk to me in a rude manner and she was talking to me like I was stupid. When she was finished with me I couldn't believe the way I was treated. After being in a hit and run my car was parked in the parking lot after I was shopping..this is the last thing I need is bad treatment. A man came in after me..she greeted him right away asking him how she can help..I couldn't believe it was the same women...if you ask me I feel like I was discriminated against...I'm not stupid..you always know...the officer that dealt with me was professional and very nice..left there with mixed emotions

Ya, this place is a joke. A vehicle with 2500+ damages and they try and skip their duties by stating there's no visible damage and it's not reportable as I see in other reviews. Then on top of that is the grey haired woman at the front desk with attitude. Here's and idea, DO YOUR JOB

If you're a person if colour DO NOT go here. There's an only Caucasian lady with glasses who spoke very rudely and had no manners only with those who were of colour or who had an accent. She was very friendly to fellow Caucasians who did not have any documentations to show

Went there today. The officer came out and refused to write a police report. Told me it's non reportable (less than $2000 of damage). My car was not drivable had to be towed in. Fenders damaged, hood won't latch, passenger door won't open, bumper falling off and according to the officer 2k in damages. Very poor service. Was treated like dirt.

This place is an absolute joke. One worker was on his phone and I had to greet him 3 times for him to even look up from his phone to me (he heard me, just didn't want to look up till he was done watching the reel he was watching). That worker was SO rude and went off about how he could charge my uncle. He was treating him poorly as he didn't speak English well and kept spinning his words. Worst experience. Worst customer service because of this ONE employee. If he's so bored by his job, he should just quit.

No one wants to get into a collision on the road. But some people can't drive, and eventually you'll have to report the incident.Beware the rise in intentional collisions by people who want to claim insurance and make you look criminal. Get a dash cam - otherwise it's your word against theirs and unless you go to court, the police, nor anyone can do anything. For those committing this crime.. Eventually you'll hit the wrong person...

Absolutely horrible experience. The officer refused to report my accident due to 4 people in waiting room and too close to closing - it was 1710hrs and closing is at 1800, I was told to come back tomorrow, explained that I am from out of town and had to drive 1 1/2 hours to get here, also my vehicle would not be available tomorrow because it is scheduled for service though my insurance. Officer didn’t care, stated that he didn’t have time and I would have to come back tomorrow. I stated that it would be longer than 24 hours, he refused to do his job and report my collision, Officer was very rude, Manager is an absolute joke, poor management skills, and offered zero solutions. Stated that she spoke to me on the phone earlier and told me that they stop taking reports at 1715 - I reminded her that it was 1710 and that I never spoke with anyone on the phone earlier, when I called earlier no one answered. The staff at the the front were rude and lazy, sat on their phone for 45 mins. Recommendations: Go to a Toronto collision reporting centre and take notes, and apply what you have learned at your centre.

The staff at this location are horrible individuals, the comments below are not in any way shape or form a misrepresentation of that nor an exaggeration to any degree.Their attitude is extremely disrespectful and should not reflect the the police apparatus that functions out of the same location. Unfortunately the staffing of the force that day was also poor. Disrespectful entitled and unwilling to investigate and assess my situation as there was a communication issue internally.Returning back to the two staff members work that morning, they seem to be lacking the ability to express their thoughts in a clear and concise manner, and their ability to make sound conclusions from the information they are receiving from public they encounter. I encourage all reading this to read the reviews below and share your experiences if you have also faced the same treatment. Unfortunately it seems management of this collision centre is content with below satisfactory performance and speaks to a much larger issues within our judicial system.But again whomever is reading this review that has the ability to correct the customer service to a level of basic human decency please do so. I will be actively chasing up on the mistreatment by the staff at this location with the heads of the department.I honestly thought it was my race that invoked such poor and ill behaviour but it seems that even with the Caucasian demographic they are treated the same way (dependant on the ethnic background of the reviews below) CORRECTION!!! After reading in detail all the reviews below, if you are not Caucasian you WILL be treated with disrespect by both the staff and the officers on staff. Perhaps not all of the officers however the ones that are silent are just as guilty.

This place is an absolute joke. The workers are on their phones, they're rude and not helpful whatsoever. They don't care about your situation, and twist your words around. It was a waste of time going here.
