Okay listen up, tapioca was perfect chewy consistency and honeydew flavour was good. Overall good service and place, but it’s not the type of bubble tea that you feel is the best you’ve ever had. Average bubble tea, amazing tapioca

This is a busy location. I was not impressed to see that the barista/drink maker was skipping my drink (smoothie) so that she can make the easier drinks for those after me first. I was waiting for an additional 10 mins watching the batista skipping my drink and I had to inform the cashier that I have been waiting for a long time. It is not fair since I ordered first before all those other people. Will not come to this location again.

Great little place for a cool drink! The tea was nice. Good bubble, although the flavor of the tea was a little on the lighter side.They have a few places to sit, which is comfortable. Very bright lighting and free internet. Great music too. Someone clearly likes Taylor Swift.The person serving me was super personable, and my drink was delivered quickly.Washroom was a bit dirty but well stocked.

A new location in this neighbourhood plaza. Everything is new, sleek and clean. The staff at this location are the real standouts. Five star service from everyone all around! They were very friendly, attentive and efficient. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Chatime and I will definitely make the trek back here again for their stellar service!

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. However, the drinks were way too sweet, and one of the drinks leaked through the seal when turned upside down.

Loved this place. Ultimate go-to place for an energy booster bubble tea. The tearista girl was so nice to have reminded me if I wanted to add toppings. If I had forgotten to add them, my day would have been much worse than it already was. I am really grateful to have had her to take my orders~

My go-to bubble tea place! The teas are always tasty and refreshing, and placing an order is quick and pleasant. My favourite drink is the Chatime Triple!

Ordered 2 bubble tea, both drinks are washed down with starchy pearls. One drink supposed to be 100% sugar and yet taste like 50% Really disappointed with this location.

This chattime location is in the same plaza where no frills located on Yonge. We came here after shopping, ordered 3 drinks, taste is average compared to other bubble tea shops.1. QQ mango 4/52. Grass jelly 4/53. Strawberry mocha 3/5The service is fast and easy, inside is cleanly maintained with limited seatings.
