Met with Dylan Walsh this afternoon regarding Life Insurance. I came in without any Life Insurance knowledge and Dylan was able to share his insights in the industry. Dylan took the time to ask the right questions which led to a solution that works best for me. I highly recommend Dylan’s services to anyone seeking insurance advice.

Karimaa was very thorough, realistic and not pushy at all. She listened to my concerns, my needs and my preferences. She did not judge any of my decisions so far and was very encouraging and empathetic. She explained my options and the benefits of the policy we chose to my full understanding before executing. I've had my life insurance with Primerica/Peter Payne for 15 years. In the past 3 months, I've called him 6 times for a copy of my policy. NO ANSWER. I am seriously questioning whether or not I even have a policy or has Primerica been taking my monthly payments and providing me with nothing... I will keep on trying - this time to head office - maybe I get somewhere with them

I am sure the company has great people there, but the ones I dealt with personally are extremely unprofessional. I requested to change the monthly amount I was paying for my life insurance policy to a lower amount due to a change of income in our family. The representative let me know over the phone that he would get back to me and never did. Two weeks later I called the office and they notified me that no paperwork was done on their end to make the changes by the representative, and they still intended to take out the regular payment. On top of that, the representative spelled my son's name incorrectly on the policy. I sent a letter in requesting a change and they ignored that as well, and even sent the letter back to me. They are more concerned with gains for the company than they are with helping people. Do your research before signing on with this company.

Our experience was excellent. We met with Wajida and Andre. They are two very knowledgeable professionals. They are the right fit for our family in helping us achieve our financial literacy goals and wealth management education.
