Went to grab my family of 6 some breakfast from Tim Hortons and as you can imagine a family of 6 will have a large order - told them what bagels i wanted and was trying to order potato wedges when the lady started sighing and says oh my goshhhh" - I continue to order apple juice when she again says "oh my goshh". I pay and get handed my food and I didn’t think id have to check to make sure everything is there as i often order at other Tim Hortons and they are able to give me my correct order. I get home to find a hash brown (which i paid for) not in the bags as well as some burnt bagels for my family to have for breakfast. Never going back there again - rude and disrespectful and food was awful and missing stuff I ordered and paid for."

I paid for a medium french vanilla, They gave me a small one in a medium cup . Come on! be positive the cup is half full . no! it is half empty when you pay for a full cup#drivethru

The absolute worst Tim’s. Have ordered many times with mistakes in the order, such as bagel and cream cheese and got it without the cream cheese. Cream instead of milk. The list goes on and on. They’re close to my work so I sometimes give them a chance. I just ordered a regular tea with milk and sugar, and I got a green tea with milk and sugar. I’m done!

So I went there with my family and we ordered I would like to say 10 things and after every item she asked me if that was so that means she asked me 10 times if I was done my order I think this is very unprofessional and if I could give them a one-star I would they always mess up my coffee the only reason I go to this Tim Hortons is because it's on the way to my house I actually want to get them audited they must be paying off the audit company because this Tim Hortons is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to so I get my food and it's all messed up and I go in and I say they messed up my food there like no way that's what you asked for I know this is not what I asked for and we go back and forth and she makes me the right food but it was still burnt I would rate this a 0 star I just don't understand how they're still in business. The only time I actually get my food right and the quality is amazing is when the one white girl is working she is amazing takes your order let you take your time I love her the only reason I still go back

Went there 3 times and get large DD only， it is the most tasteless coffee I got ever. It is water with slightly coffee powder. Never ever go back again...

They guys don’t know the difference between veggies and meat. I ordered veegie wrap and they guys give me beef. I never eat meat they ruin my morning its happening every time .

It's an small express drive through Tim Hortons. There's a bigger one you can sit in across the street but it doesn't have a drive through. This express one doesn't have seating but you can still walk in and order. It's also not 24 hours. I believe they close at 10pm. Staff here is randomly friendly. I guess it depends if you catch them just before they close.

I get coffee from here every single day, morning and around 6pm.Fantastic service and speed in the morning however, horrible, terrible and long waiting time every single evening.The evening shift is terrible and clearly the staff don’t care and don’t respect customer’s time. It’s been two nights in a row that I am completely getting wrong coffee. How hard it is to make a cup of coffee with half sugar and half milk???

Went inside store no body greeting or told me to wait….I waited there for 5 minutes no body attended me staff was just focusing on drive thru orders even some of them were just standing not even doing anything but anyways i left from there without ordering any thing

They’re definitely fast but still don’t understand sustainability. I brought my own travel mug and they still gave me my tea In there mug and told me I could pour it into my mug. Im driving. So when am I supposed to pour it into my mug? And the entire reason I bring a travel mug is to avoid the garbage produced by their mugs. If you wanted fast service then go here, but if you want to save the planet, don’t go here.
