Found the perfect part I needed. Fair price for what it was. They helped me out to the car with it too, at 75lbs that was a bonus. Really happy with their service. Definitely will use them again.

On Wednesday July 15th, 2020 at 11:30am I took my TD04L turbo charger from my 2005 Subaru Forester XT in to Industrial Diesel & Turbo Service for a rebuild.They told me that there was a little bit of play so they would have to rebuild the inside. They told me that the job should take about 24 hours and that they'll call me when it is done.I heard no word from them and called them on Friday July 17th, 2020 at 1:06pm, at which time they informed me that my turbo was ready.I arrived at 2:10pm the same day to pick up my turbo.They brought out the debit machine and required me to pay prior to presenting me my turbo.When I received the turbo, I noticed that it looked completely different, and they told me that it had been cleaned and painted.I took the turbo to my mechanic that informed me that it was not only not my turbo, it wasn't even the turbo that fits in my car.I called Industry Diesel & Turbo at 6:16pm that same day and left a message that they had given me the wrong turbo.I heard no word from the company until I called at 9:03am on Monday July 20th, 2020.They claimed that I had received the correct turbo despite me sending them pictures of the turbo that they gave me which has a different serial number and model number than the picture that I sent them of my turbo that I gave them to rebuild.I am beginning legal proceedings to recover my property from this company.I will take down my review once it has been resolved.It is either theft or incompetence on their part.I would strongly recommend sending your parts to a company that will not lose your property and take your money for giving you something that is not only not yours, but is also useless to you.I have included pictures of the two turbos so that anybody with a basic understanding of turbos can tell the difference between them as the expert technicians" at Industry Turbo & Diesel cannot."

Took a working turbo in to them for preventive maintenance came back with turbo speeds to low turbo was junk after they worked on it bought one from cummins more money proper warranty and works perfectly

I send Cummins 871 injector for test 4 low delivery another two good when I installed 4 new which one buy for him I have same problems please don't send injector for test her every time u see report fail injector

Best place to get your turbos or injectors. Been dealing with them for almost 30 years and have always gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Very bad experience I bought 2 time turbo 1st turbo leaking 2 month i get back staff have only 1 answer something coming from head and second turbo same issue after 1 for different truck and same problem but still same answer after i get from dealer till today they no have any issue

Only went here once got a sequential turbo for a 6.4 powerstroke, worked great after install no more smoke as the old was one leaking oil internally it even came with a new actuator (surprisingly) at a great price i must add. Will be going here for new or rebuilt turbos! Thank you very much!

Really good work here. And fast. Service guys are really nice there. They waited after 5pm so I could drop off a turbo. They had the broken studs extracted the casing sand blasted painted the intake side the original yellow and replace the impeller and turbine all by 1pm the next day ready for pick up. Really really good shop.
