Shoppers Drug Mart

I recently had bypass surgery. The prescriptions were sent to this pharmacy simply because it was closest. I have to say I have never been treated worse by a pharmacy at a more crucial time. The lady who was supposed to help me was very unhelpful, dismissive, and rude. Repeated calls back with the same response convinced me that Shoppers really does not want my money or my business. I can get my drugs elsewhere and perhaps get with it a smile, instead of rudeness.

I have been a Shoppers Drug Mart Customer at this location for more than 10 years. The staff provide excellent customer service. If any issues related to any products or services the front store manager will be there to assist and resolve the issues as quick as possible. I take this opportunity to thank all the staff members for their excellent service to customers.

The best pharmacy service I have ever had. Hands down. They do such an excellent job, I feel that I am in good hands.

Medhat (the pharmacist)is the absolute best. I have been on a ton of meds recently and he always makes sure to let me know of all possible side effects and the safest way to take them. He knows me and my family by name and always makes time to ask how we are doing. You can tell he truly loves his job and community, and we love him. Thank you!

Spectacular shoppers. Seriously I keep getting blown away. On several occasions staff have been exceptionally helpful. I left that building glowing of happiness today!Tons of parking space out back too.

WOW I am even more disappointed that not only was my original 1 star review not acknowledged by the Management of the Bronte Shoppers Drug Mart store (My local store by the way) on how I was treated by the lady at the pharmacy desk but they had Google take it down I didn't even know that could be done.I was in pain and asked for help on which shelf products a pharmacist would recommend and the lady on the evening shift was very rude and has no customer service what's so ever and refused to help me,Well Google and Shoppers Drug Mart your lack of faith of my original review is extremely disappointing.I was just waiting for a response from the store and today WOW its gone.I wrote the review in good faith that obviously means nothing.The lady does not represent the customer service we have come to expect from Shoppers Drug Mart.This Pharmacist should remember (her name began with a G as I remember) that she is responsible under the RHPAJust as a reminder to her In choosing to become a pharmacist or pharmacy technician we acknowledge our understanding and commitment to the professional role

This particular Shoppers is a remarkable place to shop. The staff here are the crowning glory of a beautifully maintained store. There are always special offers and there's no shortage of stock ever. Never go anywhere else for prescriptions. They know me by my first name here and treat me like a queen.

We purchased $500 in gift cards from this store. $125 were fraudulent. We tried to return them to no avail. The store manager was notified via the very helpful pharmacy team but refused to contact us. Avoid this store at all costs. Another example of the rich getting richer.

Called the pharmacist to ask a question about a medicine that I was prescribed. I understand that is what you should do if you are unsure about a medication. She was extremely rude, as if I was bothering her, and told me she did not know the difference between the two drugs I was asking about. I confirmed with her that she was in fact the pharmacist. I do not feel confident in getting my prescriptions at this pharmacy and the level of expertise. My question was not complicated at all. I called another pharmacy right after and got the information I needed, with a very pleasant pharmacist. I will take my business elsewhere. She was working on 9/16/21 at 7:30 pm.
