Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

The lady doing my 4 year old son's hair was so great with him. He loves the idea of haircuts, but not so much actually getting them. As soon as he sits in the chair, he starts squirming and gets upset. But the lady (sorry, I don't remember her name) was sooo good with him. She let him play with the buttons on the tools, gave him a lollipop, and let him play with the squirt bottle. She was patient and made him (and me) feel really comfortable. And the result was probably the best haircut my son has ever gotten. This was my second time taking my son to Tommy Guns (the first time was also a really good experience), so I'll be bringing my son back for more haircuts in the future. Excellent service, above and beyond any other hairdresser I've taken him too. Taking the extra time to make my son feel comfortable makes all the difference in the world to me. Thank you.

Staff was super friendly, wait time was reasonable for the level of service and how busy it was. Special shout out to Morgan for giving me a great haircut and having a great conversation with me!

Momo was super nice and really understanding! He explained what he was doing and checked in with me alot! I'm really happy with my cut and the service!

This was my first time going to a barber and I don’t think I will ever go to a hairstylist again! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it! My barber, Momo, was very nice, easy to talk to, and cut my hair both in a reasonable time and perfectly! And when they were done I got a soda. They also recommended hair products, walked me through how they did my hair, and answered all the questions I had. 10/10 am absolutely going again!

We were so impressed with my babies new hairdresser Marie!We have had a hard time in the past with people not knowing how to work with kids! Marie was friendly, welcoming and amazing with the baby. She knew exactly how to desensitize him so that she could use all the tools and let him play with things to distract him. It was such an amazing experience and he looked so handsome after his perfect cut! Highly reccomend this hairdresser for boys ❤️

Very disappointed with my haircut. First of all I have called in to be put on the list for a haircut and as soon as I arrived I was told that I wasn't on the board and will need to wait half an hour. As soon as I got in, the barber (Josann) rushed me in (total of 5 mins haircut) and finished a patchy, uneven haircut despite showing a picture of what I wanted. This is not a difference of opinion, it is very poor quality. I definitely do not recommend her to anyone.

I truly recomend Tommy guns at eagle landing .The staff were very polite and outgoing in making this a pleasurable experience. A lady by the name of Allana made my haircut a enjoyable part of my day . Great conversation very knowledgeable on her job,and products available for proper hair care . Hats off has my business in future .

Great place to get your haircut. Seems like it's always busy, but the staff here are always friendly and polite. Can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience here. The prices are a bit in the high side which is the only con I would give it.

My toddler does NOT like haircuts, the lady that cut his hair was so gentle with him, comforted him and made it look exactly like the picture very quickly and efficiently! We are very happy with his cut and will be returning. :-)

Haircuts were no issue. Went there for a haircut for my 8 year old son and myself. Both stylists did a great job. The lady working the front desk did not seem so interested in her customer service role. I had made two appointments online and arrived just in time. She asked who would like to go first and I let my son go. I thought I would be taken in moments later being that my name was even before my son’s. I had to watch customers go before me even though they were after me on the board. When I questioned it, she implied that she thought I wanted to use the same hair dresser and wait for my son. The problem was she never asked. She got me in next, I was annoyed, but I let it go, she rectified it. Haircuts are done and the price for traditional haircut is $35 and kids cut is $25. I paid including tip. I realized after she had over charged me and went back to figure out what happened. Turns out she charged my son $30 for a youth haircut for kids 12 years old and above. She went on explaining how prices have gone up and lots of people have been asking about it. I told her the price is not the issue, the issue is that she over charged me. She never did ask how old my son was. Even going by my son’s height he is nowhere near looking like a 12 year old. I get not everyone can gauge a kids age by what they look like but she never did ask for his age in the first place. There was more talk about how pricing has gone up, and now at this point she understood I was overcharged. There’s a moment of awkwardness as I am looking at her waiting for her to refund me the difference. She asks me, “do you want me to give you $5?” In my head I’m thinking that’s my $5 in the first place. Took the $5 and gave it to the hair stylist that cut my hair on top of what I tipped her earlier. I left making sure the lady at the front desk knew it wasn’t about the money but wanting her to do better at her job. I think a different role might be better for her.
